Dear Mr. Gartner,

We wanted to express our gratitude to your salesperson, Jordan Kabranov. Last Monday he patiently and steadfastly helped us purchase a Hyundai Elantra. His attitude is what steered us to pass up four other dealerships we visited on Monday and return to purchase our Elantra from Gartner Hyundai. Thanks.
