I have not bought a car in awhile and was looking for a car which was affordable and because I am a big guy both around and tall I was also looking for a car which fit me.  I initially went through internet sales that placed me in Jim’s good hands when I arrived at the dealership.  Jim explained that the Sonata was probably my best choice and had me test drive one.  I was impressed with many of the cars features from roomy interior and trunk space, to XM/Sirius radio, Bluetooth connectivity, alloy wheels, and gas mileage.  I also liked the metal flake in the paints finish.  Also a welcome surprise was that the car was built in Alabama where another car is looking at was built in Mexico.  Sitting down and talking with Jim I didn’t have to negotiate a best price he gave it to me the first time. The deal was better than any other dealer who had initially gave a high deal even with rebates it just goes to show how much the Gartner dealership wants your business. Jim was a terrific salesperson. Very patient, provided great detail, and spent time going over the figures and this was even before I decided to buy the car. I E-mailed Jim several questions which he promptly answered as I was weighing my decision.  When I did decide to buy the car Jim made suggestions on how to keep the process streamlined so I did not have to spend a lot of time dealing with the paperwork. Jim took his time showing me the features of the Sonata, showing the engine area where various items were like dipstick, windshield washer fluid, etc. Jim even setup my phones Bluetooth to work in the car and assisted in transferring stuff out of my old car into my new car. In all I was very impressed with Jim as a salesperson for Jim took his time and was never pushy .The only issue I had was I told Jim that I was not happy with Capital One for financing and Jim told me the financing was done through Hyundai. However, at the 11th hour when I went through financing I was told it was Capital One. I mention this because this did not come to light until papers were to be signed. What should of occurred that once financing was approved they (not sure if finance department or salesperson)  should of said more than I was approved they should of mentioned who with or what choices do I have and let the customer choose the bank he wishes to deal with.
