I vame to Gartner after dealing with another dealership, I told Jim what i wanrted, and we were able to come to an agreement on price and trade. Jim, being around my age made it very easy to talk to. I would recommend Jim and Gartner to friends. I hope to have a long and good relationship with Gartner.
