This was a very enjoyable experienced. I have purchased used cars over the last few years, but I haven't bought a new car since 97. We were dredding the task. Mike Meyers was great to work with and we realized there was no high pressure sales tactics and we had all our questions answered, Mike took my wife and I to several cars to test drive, review, etc. Our entire experience with Gartner was a pleasant one. Friends of ours referred us to Gartner and we will be referring people to Mike and to Gartner now too. Thanks.  Steve Leite
