We purchased our last Hyundai from Mike in 2008.  We were extremely impressed with him and he is the main reason we returned to Gartner to purchase our new Hyundai.  We were equally impressed this time as well.  In both instances, we wanted specific features.  Mike worked hard to make sure we got them all.  Four days ago, we took delivery on our 2011 Tuscon.  We wanted a certain interior, one which was very difficult to find.  Mike called frequently to keep us updated on his progress and would not give up until he found it.  We have had many cars in the past and Mike is the best salesperson we have ever worked with.  He not only knows cars but he knows and cares about his customers, a quality that is often rare in car salespeople.  We feel he is honest and professional and never high pressure.  We always stop in to see Mike when we go in for service.  Our experience with Gartner Hyndai has been a positive one and we would highly recommend Gartner,and especially Mike, to any of our friends in the market for a new car.
