Return Customer Has Another Positive Car Buying Experience at Gartner Hyundai

Willie made the process of buying a new car very easy and efficient.  Right when we walked in  he was very helpful, knowledgable and never too pushy.  He let my take my time is deciding on what car I wanted while offering information that made my decision easier.  Even though he was busy he took the time to make sure my needs were met and was very personable. My husband bought a car from him a couple of years ago so we are return customers and I would higly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.  He made the car buying process enjoyable!

"Good Customer Service Still Exists" - Gartner Hyundai Saab

I was a returning customer, ironically my stepdad bought a 1970 Buick LeSabre from Gartner Buick many years ago that was my first car.  I had been looking for a new car as the one I was driving was ready to give out.  Willie Little was very helpful and he went to bat for me and was able to get the numbers where they needed to be to make a deal.  Then onto finance with Jason he was a delight, being around the same age we were able to relate to many things, talking about the TV shows from our childhood.  I am sure I will be returning again and with the service I received I will not stress about it.  Keep up the good work it is nice to see "customer service" is still out there.

Dollar For Dollar Hyundai is the Best! Says Repeat Gartner Customer

I go straight to Gartner Hyundai (Naperville) when purchasing another Hyundai.  I over the years I personally have purchased three Hyundais and influenced my nieces to check out the Hyundais at Gartner and they have ended up purchasing three!! 

I had a 2006 Sonata and because of all the nieces, nephews, and grand kids we decided to look at various SUV vehicles.  Did my research and once again nothing out there can come close to matching Hyundai for the dollar.  Ended up purchasing a 7=passenger Vera Cruz and have been super satisfied with the comfort and engine performance.  Mine concern was gas mileage and have found the Vera Cruz has exceeded the mpg for city and highway driving by at least four miles!!

My salesperson Willie Williams was just a delight to work with.  He explained everything in detail and ensured that before I walked out the door that I was 100% satisfied with the vehicle and treatment.  Willie made me promise that if I have any questions or problems with the vehicle to contact him and he'd take care of whatever issue I had.  And, I know he will. 

Once I decided to purchase the vehicle Willie introduced me to Jason Rezman, the business manager who guided me through the process of the purchase and some of the options and services available to me.  Jason was excellent in explaining everything to me and when I left the dealership I felt assured that I got a great vehicle for a great price.  Jason even called my insurance agent and passed along all the appropriate info.  My agent said that she wished more dealers would do as Jason had done.  I of course was suprised and delighted Jason took the time to do something that he didn't have to do.  It was nice to know I did not have to rush to contact my agent and tell them I had purchased a new vehicle.

Hats off to Willie and Jason and the rest of the Gartner team.  I'm confident that the service department will display the same spirit and level of service that I received from the sales staff!!

Honda VS Hyundai - Hyundai Wins at Gartner Hyundai in Aurora

 I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata on sept. 29th. We entered your dealership on Tues. Sept 27th. after trying to make a deal on a new Honda, which we were not pleased we could not make a deal.We were met at the door by Willie Little, who was very friendly and personable.Mr.Little took time and had a lot of patience with us, we really had no intention of buying a Hyundai but after seeing the Harbor gray Sonata on your showroom floor our interest grew tenfold. Willie said he could put us in that car, so that 's when we got down to business. We were able to get more out of our trade-in enabling us to come to terms. We were very very pleased the way Willie conducted himself during our visit and hence making the deal. By the way we love our Sonata, i had no idea Hyundai's were that great of a car, we think it is one of the best cars we have ever owned. Gartner cars should be very pleased with Willie and the rest of your staff.

Amy From Naperville Will Recommend Gartner Hyundai and The Hyundai Sonata

After doing a lot of research on what car to get (my car was on its last legs), I decided to start with Hyundai.  My father has a Sonata and I love it, so I figured it was a good place to start..and Gartner Hyundai was the best place to start.  My dad and I walked in and were warmly greeted by Willie.  We weren't 100% sure I was going to walk away with a car that day, but after working with Willie and Scott and the great service they provided, I didn't have a choice.  And I couldn't be happier with the choice I made.  My research pointed me in the direction of the Elantra because I thought the Sonata would be too big for me, but after taking the Sonata for a test drive, the Elantra was an afterthought (well, and it helped Elantras are on backorder).  I would highly recommend Gartner Hyundai for anyone looking to get a Hyundai...I LOVE my new Sonata.  I get sad when I get out of it!

All you are concerned with is gettingcars off the lot, Not about the people who have to live with them. I challenge someone to post or respond to this review. By far the best experience buying a car.  Willie listened to my needs and worked hard to find the car I wanted.  I was looking for a Pacific Blue Sonata Limited, when he couldn't find one, he recommended the the SE since it still had the features I was looking for.  He knew the budget was tight and offered a program car to help reduce the price even more.  How many car salesmen actually recommend a car that is cheaper?  Not to mention he personally put my license plate on the vechicle after the sale and made sure I knew where all the important papers and features of the car were located.  I am a total believer in Gartner Hyundai and the staff of both the sales and service dept.  When my wife needs a new car in a few years, I am going to call up my man, Willie.

The Best Car Buying Experience Ever At Gartner Hyundai In Aurora IL

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.  I took delivery of my new 2011 Hyundai Sonata SE 2.0T just a few days ago and I absolutely love it.  It's a sharp looking car and already have the neighbors checking it out.  Not only is this a great car, but the way the staff was able to obtain this particular vehicle from another dealership in 24 hours was absolutely amazing!  Willie Little was a pleasure to work with, kept me informed on the progress of obtaining the car on his day off, and picked me up from home to take delivery of the new car.  Scott Grodeck tracked down my car from another dealership and worked his magic to make this happen.  He even loaned me his own dealer vehicle for a day while mine was making the trip here.  Thank you Willie and Scott for a wonderful experience!

I just bought my first Hyundai 3 days ago from Willy Little. I had a very good experience. Willy gave me plenty of time to think things over and was not pushy at all.  The negotiations went very smoothly and the best I every had.  So far I am very happy with my decision.  Everyone at Gartner was very personable and friendly.  I love my 2011 Sonota.  What a great buy!  Thanks to all at Gartner for such a great job.
