I really appreciate the excellent service I receive when I bring my 2004 93 SAAB in for service. Norbert is the person that helps me take care of my care he is the best!! He’s always available to answer all my questions and very patient when explaining things regarding my car. He is an excellent service person and Gardner should be proud to have him as an employee.

One of the main reasons I am on my fourth car from Gartner is the Service Department.  I always find Norbert to be informative and responsive, and things get done right.  Whatever the issue, the guys there keep at it until they get it right.  Thanks Norbert!

I bought my first new Saab Aero from you folks in 2003. Was so pleased with vehicle, and especially the service, that I bought a second new Aero from you in 2008. I intend to buy my next new vehicle from Gartner as well. You have an excellent service department (best I've ever dealt with). It is your service department that will keep me coming back. Norbert is outstanding - he's very thorough and delivers a positive customer experience every time.

Gartner Saab fixed headlight under warranty

Gartner Saab found a headlight that was out and fixed it under warranty without our knowledge. The car was also detailed beautifully- not just a wash, but tires were done as well and it was greatly appreciated!
