Nobert explained the issues with my car throughly.  He was patient with my questions as well.

Hmmm... I dont even know what else i can say about service depart. As usual, great job everybody and thank you for taking a truly exceptional care of my "rocket" and special thx to NORBERT. I love my 2006 SAAB AERO CONV. And i ll drive from chicago to see you again ! BORN FROM JETS       .... and "rewards card" what a super idea ! 

I really appreciate the excellent service I receive when I bring my 2004 93 SAAB in for service. Norbert is the person that helps me take care of my care he is the best!! He’s always available to answer all my questions and very patient when explaining things regarding my car. He is an excellent service person and Gardner should be proud to have him as an employee.

I bought my first new Saab Aero from you folks in 2003. Was so pleased with vehicle, and especially the service, that I bought a second new Aero from you in 2008. I intend to buy my next new vehicle from Gartner as well. You have an excellent service department (best I've ever dealt with). It is your service department that will keep me coming back. Norbert is outstanding - he's very thorough and delivers a positive customer experience every time.

Gartner Saab found a headlight that was out and fixed it under warranty without our knowledge. The car was also detailed beautifully- not just a wash, but tires were done as well and it was greatly appreciated!
