No Pressure- Just a Great Car Buying Experience at Gartner Hyundai Saab

As a retired widowed women I have never purchased my own new car. So when it came to buying a new car I asked some family for advice. They sent me to Miles. Miles made my experience so great. No pressure just a great buying experience. I would send anyone to Miles for the type of "service" he gave me. And on top of that he is so funny and cute. Thank you for the new car I love it.

Came In To Just Look - Left In A New Sonata LTD From Gartner Hyundai

My son purchased a 2012 Sonata from Gartner about 1 month ago.

On Saturday, Oct 22 my wife and I went "looking" around for a car were planning on purchasing in the spring of 2012. We weren't set on a specific model, but liked the way my sons car looked. Miles greeted us and we told him we were looking around. He asked what type of car we would be interested in. We told him and he said look around this area, if you have any questions, he would be in the area. After about 10 minutes he came over and asked if we would like to look @ a 2011 demo. It had everything we would be interested in. To make a long story short we purchased the car from Miles, and took it home that night. Miles has to be commened on his honest approach to selling. Nothing pushy about him. We definitely will be back to see him when we are looking for our next car.

Thanks Miles. We absolutely love our new Sonata Ltd.

The Way Car Buying and Car Salesman Should Be!

I can't say enough about Miles.  He is the kind of salesman every car salesman should be.  He knows the product, goes over all the features of the vehicle, points out things to you that you may not have thought about and answered all my questions or got back to me with an answer, if he didn't know the answer.  He doesn't pressure you into getting options you don't want and he doesn't try pushing you toward a higher end vehicle.  I was all set for the usual high pressure tactics that I've experienced with other salesmen.  It was a pleasant surprise to know that Miles wasn't one of those kind of salesmen.   He is a real gem in the Gartner Hyundai/Saab sales staff.  They should be proud to have him on their team.

If I had gotten the usual high pressure tactics of many car salesmen, it would have turned me off and I wouldn't have purchased my Sonata at Gartner.  Miles proved that you can draw customers in and make a sale without being like that.  I will recommend everyone I know, who is interested in a new Hyundai, to see Miles.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever At Gartner Hyundai Thanks To Miles Misek!

The 2012 Veloster was a present from me to our 41 year old daughter.  She did the research and picked out the vehicle, color and options.  From there, I took care of the leg work.  We chose a reliable dealer close to where Michelle works as a school teacher.  By some stroke of luck, I had Miles Misek as my salesman.  I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my 69 years, but have never encountered a salesman as knowledgable and efficient as Miles.  He is very personable and kept us well informed through out the process which was very important to us.  If you could just clone Miles, we think you could double your sales.  We absolutely love him.  He continued with follow up after the sale.  We will be recommending him to all our friends and will more than likely purchase additional vehicles through him.  On a one to five scale we give him a ten.  My daughter echo's my sentiments.

Two Friends - Two Car Sales - Referrals To Come - Nice Job Miles!!!

This review is a 2-fer-1...as my best friend and I ended up both buying cars within a few weeks of eachother due to the excellent service from Miles Misek.  Miles initailly helped my friend, Amy lease her first car.  Having gone into the dealership together, we obviously stood out - two young, slightly clueless girls trying to purchase a vehicle.  At every other dealership we went to, we were treated with disrespect and overlooked.  Miles, however, was more than helpful, answering any silly questions we had, speaking in laymans terms, and most importantly, being 100% honest about the whole process.  He was never pushy and never talked down to us.  The day we went into the dealership, my friend found her car in less than 30 minutes - after months of looking at other dealerships in the area.  Miles was easy-going, personable and even helped Amy name her car :)

After seeing my friend's new car, and realizing how simple the car buying process could be, I decided that it was time to get rid of my iradescent/purple Corolla and step up to the big leagues.  Within a few weeks I headed back to the dealership looking to lease my own new set of wheels.  Again, Miles was super helpful and funny, making the whole process easy. He was honest and laid back.  I had visited a few other dealers that day but was back at Gartner Hyundai within an hour as I found no other dealership I was interested in giving my hard earned money to.  Miles was curteous to my mom (who was with me), but spoke only to me as the buyer, never speaking to me through my mother - something I really appreciated.  Additionally, Miles' sales team was excellent in helping me secure my first loan even though I am a student with limited income.  Jason worked magic and helped me set up payments that could handle, again, explaining everything in laymans terms.  The whole process was painless, seamless and satisfying.  Had Gartner not been so great with my friend, they would have never sold two cars to us both so quickly.  We are definitely recommending this dealership to our other friend and her husband who are looking to purchase a vehicle soon!

Extremely Happy Saab 9-5 Aero Customers at Gartner Saab

Excellent experience at Gartner...all due to a fantastic sales manager, Miles!!!

My husband and I purchased a Saab 9-5 Aero this month from Gartner.  We had a fantastic experience from the time we pulled in the Gartner driveway to the time we walked out with my Saab and thereafter.  Miles took excellent care of us!  He is very customer focused, extremely personable, and honest, which is a quality I admire most in a car salesman.  I knew we could trust Miles and he would give us his honest opinion about cars and not just push a sale.  Miles could tell that my husband and I are very picky shoppers, and we expect perfection in service and product when making a purchase.  He delivered on all fronts!  He got my car perfectly detailed and even personally delivered it to my house.  When I got home, my Saab was waiting on my drive way.  It looked shiny and beautiful!  Miles went out of his way to take care of us and provided quality service that I had not experienced before in any other dealership.  Thank you Miles!!  I will not hesitate to buy from Gartner again, and look forward to working with Miles in the future.

I have just purchased my 3rd Hyundai from Gartner, a 2012 Sonata. Not only do I LOVE this car, but the buying experience was the most pleasant I have ever had! I had attended a car buying seminar through my credit union, and had been contacted by three other local dealers who wanted my business. When I came in for a test drive, I met Miles, and he immediately impressed me with his friendliness, knowledge about the product, and low-key approach. We spoke frankly about pricing and he was able to quote a price that beat out all the other dealers, doing this via text/calls/email since I was out of town. Not only was this deal done right, my car came in a day earlier than expected! Great dealership...

Gartner Hyundai and Miles Misek were recommended to us by a friend of my wife. They did not disappoint! We went in with an idea of what we wanted to buy, what we wanted for our trade-in, and how much we wanted to spend and Miles and the rest of the team made sure that we found the car that suited our needs. Former Lexus Owner Loves His New Hyundai Sonata And His Experience At Gartner Hyundai

I've been waiting for the right opportunity to come along for me to get into a new Sonata and Gartner Hyundai and Miles Misek were able to make it happen.  I submitted my finance application on Gartner's easy to use website and received a call from Miles.  He was very knowledgeable, up front and honest about what could be done.  Let's just say that I have less than perfect credit and Miles and Brian worked very hard to get me into the car I wanted with a payment I was comfortable with.  My Sonata is the 3rd new car I purchased in my life and I can say without a doubt that dealing with Miles, Brian, Scott and Gartner Hyundai has been the best experience hands down.(And my last new car was a Lexus)  I'll be happy to recommend Miles and Gartner to anyone that I speak with who is looking for a new car.  I love my Sonata and can't wait to drive it more.

Awesome Review About Gartner Hyundai, The 2011 Hyundai Sonata SE, and Miles Misek!

It's been a couple months since I've bought my car, and wanted to get a full experience with it before writing up a review. So, here goes...

After going to a couple other car dealships to look for a car, we stumbled upon your dealship. I had never bough a brand new car before, and luckily, Miles was there to guide me through the process. I've been in sales pretty much my entire working life, and one thing I really enjoyed about Miles that my family also loved: He wasn't pushy. Miles talked to us as if we've been friends for years, cracking jokes, and making what could/should be a stressful process (I mean, c'mon, who doesn't get stressed about plopping down at least $20k when you're poor?), an easy one. After settling down on a car I fell for, Miles told me he could track one down for me within a couple days with everything I wanted in it. After hearing such sad news, I still reluctantly threw down some cold, hard cash (which, unlike a used car salesman, he didn't pocket), got the finance things worked out and was on my way. A couple days later, I recieve a call from Miles saying he found my car. A couple hours after that, he texted me a picture of my beautiful brand new car (sans pretty girl in a bikini, VERY disappointing). Needless to say, I was on my way to pick up my smoking hot new car (again, sans pretty girl in bikini...you guys really have to work on that), finished up the paperwork, and drove my car on out of there. By the way, the car in question: 2011 Sonata (Sport Edition. Just plop down the extra money. You know you want to....) Seriously, folks that might read this....just buy it. From Miles. You won't disappointed in any capacity. I love that car and everything about it. To describe it's perfection would chew up another review box.

You can't miss Miles, either. He's about 9'5" and according to my mom, looks a great deal like Will Ferrell (he'll kill me for that remark).

What a great experience.  I shopped a bit at other dealers looking for the new 2011 Elantra but they were either pushy or didn't answer the questions I had. I was very happy to have been able to work with Miles.  He was patient and supportive in my decision making process.  I am happy with my new car and would tell anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle to go see Gartner and talk to Miles!

This is my experience at Gartner Hyundai Dealership.  First, I'm the guy that buys a brand new car and will drive it till it stops working.  So the last time I bought a new car was over ten years ago.  This past Wednesday I had my wife call Gartner to see if they were open since it was kind of rainy.  They informed her they were open till 9pm.  I was dreading going to look for cars just because of how sales people are.  When we arrived we started looking at the Elantra's because consumer reports ranks them number one.  As we were looking I saw a sales person coming to greet us.  I took a deep breath and said to my wife "here we go!"  That sales person was Miles Misek.  His approach made my experience in buying cars so much better.  I loved the Elantra and wanted to buy it right there, but since it was the first car we looked at, we walked away.  Miles wasn't pushy at all.  This is what made my day.  We left Gartner and went to Honda and Toyota dealership to look around.  The other two dealership's sales person kept trying to make us stay.  Their tactic wasn't out of line but I felt guilty leaving them.  This is what I hate about buying a new car.  Miles just smiled and said "If you like the car you'll be back, the car sales itself."  And he was right.  We walked back to Gartner asked to take one more look at it.  After a few more questions my mind was made up that we were going to buy the new 2011 Elantra Limited.  The time was 8:30pm and they closed at 9pm.  After meeting with Scott to sign all the papers and any extra stuff we wanted we ended up leaving the dealership at 9:45pm.  Scott and Miles didn't show that they were upset at all.  I know if someone made me stay after work I'd be a little bothered.  Overall, I was very happy with Gartner and Miles and Scott.  They were not pushing at all.  In fact I was the one that wanted to leave.  I hate all the paperwork stuff and they made sure that I got everything I needed.  A couple days after buying the car their Customer Service called me.  Mariya was the person I talked to.  I asked her a few questions about the financing and warrants that I had.  She emailed me the information that I was looking for.   

Again Miles and Scott made our night.  Anyone that is looking to buy a car I would recommend Gartner Hyundai Dealership.  The whole experience from the start till the end was easy, not pushing, and kind of fun(if you hate car shopping).

A+ Experience at Gartner Hyundai!

It was an A+ experience from start to finish. I'd had a bad experience elsewhere with some financing monkey-business on my previous car, but no complaints here! Miles was straightforward, understood what we wanted quickly and found it: a lovely red Sonata GLS demo that we bought out from under him. I hope he found a ride home ;)

Jason in financing was a blast --absolutely informative and great sense of humor. It's never been so much fun to spend so much money.

I can even speak to service as I brought my old car to have the plates removed after failing to do it myself. I don't remember everyone's names, but the older man, Brian and José rallied to the situation and I shortly had my plates freed for the new car. Thanks guys!
