Mike was patient with me as I explored getting a new car for a few weeks.  And when it came time to get the 2011 Elantra he found me the exact one that I wanted and worked a good deal on the trade in.  This is my second time buying from Gartner and a couple other Hyundai dealers were after my business when I did the Web search for Hyundais that would fit my needs; but I came back to Gartner and I am so glad I did.  From everyone in Service, Sales, Finance you have created a loyal Gartner customer!!!

This was a very enjoyable experienced. I have purchased used cars over the last few years, but I haven't bought a new car since 97. We were dredding the task. Mike Meyers was great to work with and we realized there was no high pressure sales tactics and we had all our questions answered, Mike took my wife and I to several cars to test drive, review, etc. Our entire experience with Gartner was a pleasant one. This is the second car we have purchased from  Gartner in under a year.  In May, we purchased a 2011 Sonata.  Our salesperson Mike Myers was terrific and made it easy to get the car we wanted.  When we decided to purchase a new Elantra, we never thought twice about where to get it or who to talk to.  We went back to Mike!  He, once again, did a fantastic job finding us the car that was exactly what we wanted. The purchase was easy and we love both of the cars we have purchased.  Mike is terrific at what he does!!

Not only have we purchased cars from Gartner, we also service our cars there and only there.  We have owned 6 Hyundais over the past 12 years, and all of them have been serviced at Gartner.  There service department is second to none.  They are the most friendly and accommidating group of people.

 We purchased our first Elantra Touring in 2009 and loved the car it has more then met our expectations.  When we bought our second Elantra we knew we wanted to go back to our salesman Mike Myers as he knew us from our previous purchase and we felt he cared about what we wanted in a car and took every effort to make it happen. It is always  a more pleasurable expereince when purchasing a car from a saleman like Mike, who knows his cars and will go beyond the measures to give his customers what they are lookin for.

We purchased our last Hyundai from Mike in 2008.  We were extremely impressed with him and he is the main reason we returned to Gartner to purchase our new Hyundai.  We were equally impressed this time as well.  In both instances, we wanted specific features.  Mike worked hard to make sure we got them all.  Four days ago, we took delivery on our 2011 Tuscon.  We wanted a certain interior, one which was very difficult to find.  Mike called frequently to keep us updated on his progress and would not give up until he found it.  We have had many cars in the past and Mike is the best salesperson we have ever worked with.  He not only knows cars but he knows and cares about his customers, a quality that is often rare in car salespeople.  We feel he is honest and professional and never high pressure.  We always stop in to see Mike when we go in for service.  Our experience with Gartner Hyndai has been a positive one and we would highly recommend Gartner,and especially Mike, to any of our friends in the market for a new car. 

I was very impressed with my recent visit to Gartner Hyundai in Aurora.  I met Mike Myers and Scott Grodeck.  This was my first visit to a Gartner dealership and I expected to be disapointed.  I have heard the advertisments all these years and I was never moved to try Gartner out.  Well, as far as Mike and Scott are concerned they have won me over. Mike was absolutely one of the best car salesman that I have met in a long time and Scott was up front and straight with me as well.  I came in because of a special deal in the paper on an Elantra and I expected to get the old switch, but they lived up to everything. I came back that afternoon and leased the car. I was most satisfied.   I have told everyone I know that I got the best service and the best deal at Gartner in Aurora.

Mike did everything needed to complete the sale.  He thoroughly explained everything about the vehicle and was very easy to work with.  Generally buying a car is a huge pain in the $#@&.  Working with Mike was not as bad as I have experenced in the past.  Don't let him go, he does a good job.

5 stars would be coffee while working out our deal and a slower pace.  I'm never in a hurry and wish the rest of the world would slow down.

If I buy another Hyundai I'd come back and see Mike and would recommend him to others.

Mike Meyers is an experienced professional when it comes to selling cars.  He has the answers to your questions and presents a very good deal the first time around.  I thought I had paid too little when I compared offers from other dealers.  I'll be looking for Mike when I purchase again.
