My how car buying has changed. My last new car was in 2003. Then it was a lot of going back & forth on the price. Now, its like shopping at Car Max. Not much movement. Oh well, I was pleased with purchase we made of a 2009 Sonata with low miles. Mike was a pleasant sales person to work with. Took for a test drive and made the deal.  

 Then the smiles turned to frowns after my wife drove the car home. Steering wheel shake when braking. Turned out that rotors needed to be resurfaced. XM radio not turned on.

There were some communication problems encountered which I trust will improve with my next visits, as I intend to purchase a second vehicle in the future and want to stay with your dealership

Jenny actually spoke to me about your situation after your car purchase.  First of all, thank you for the business, and secondly, thank you for being honest, and rather than becoming truly upset, giving us the opportunity to correct the problems.

I do apologize for the slight breakdown in communication.  Again, as Jenny mentioned, please stop in at anytime for your free detail on your car, as this is our way of saying "sorry for everything not going perfectly".

I'm hoping that after we resurfaced the rotors, and got the XM working, all is fine and well.  If not, please call either Mike or Jenny, and they will be sure to help once again.

When you are ready for that second car purchase, I assure you, we will do everything possible to make the second time 1000% better than the first.  Thank you for your honest review.

I am very pleased to have this opportunity to acknowledge what a perfect experience we have had at Gartner Hyundai! I acutally dread the whole car buying process, but this experience has truly changed my attitude.  The deal process was quick and very fair upfront.  Our salesperson - Mike Budzinski - went above and beyond with accomodating us and communicating with us.  We needed to take our car back for installation of an automatic starter.  Mike even handled this aspect of our purchase, when I think that a lot of dealerships would just have the service department handle it.  The fact that our sales person developed a rapport with us and showed some follow through with our purchase - was very impressive.  I would definitely recommend Gartner Hyundai to friends and definitely tell them to see Mike!  Thank you for making our car buying experience so pleasant!

I just bought my 2010 Hyundai Elantra Blue and couldn't be happier with the whole process. This was the second Hyundai I have purchased from Gartner over the past 10 years and it was even from the same sales guy. Mike Budzinski was my sales person 9 years ago when I bought my first elantra and I was happy with the experience then and it was equally enjoyable this time around. He is very knowlegable and up front with all aspects of the negotiation. I basically gave Mike the best price from my online quote request and they beat it. I highly recommend Gartner to my friends. Easy, hassle free, and about as enjoyable as buying a depreciating

This is the first time I have purchased a new vehicle and I was not quite sure how the process went.  It was a bit overwhelming but Mike was very helpful and patient and answered all of my questions with professionalism. 

I chose Gartner because both of my parents and sister have purchased cars from there and have been very satisified with both the service and the vehicles.  I knew I would be treated fairly and get a great car at the same time.

I was very pleased with my purchase experience from Gartner Hyundai. Dianne Niehls replied with exactly the information I had requested along wtih a competititve sales price for each vehicle. It is wonderful to have a professional who really knows what they are doing reply to email requests. Dianne was also excellent at follow-up, leaving enough time between emails and wording emails in such a way that they were not "pushy."

On the sales floor, Mike Budzinski also did and excellent job! He was very professional, courteous, straightforward and never pushy. He made sure all my questions were answered immediately.  I felt very comfortable dealing with Mike. He made sure I was taken care of when I came back with final payment for the car and made sure I was able to get the extra keys made that I wanted.

Overall, I found both Dianne and Mike to be excellent to deal with and am very happy with the purchase of my new Entourage from Gartner. Good job!
