My wife and I purchased a 2012 Sonata Limited from Mike Budzinski and are very happy with the car and the way we were treated by Mike.
I had done quite a bit of research so when I went in at the beginning of August and saw Mike I was pretty sure what I wanted. Mike offered a test drive which I took. I was in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes. The next day I came in with my wife and she took a Sonata out for a test ride. We went back in and talked with Mike about the models and options. Mike was very straight forward about the pricing, no games or pressure. I had done online research and the price he quoted was almost identical to the lowest price I could supposedly get online at a dealer over 50 miles away! We felt very confident with Mike and Gartner so we placed our order.
Since the 2012's were just coming out it took a while to get our car, but the wait was worth it. We have been enjoying our Sonata and when it is time to replace our other car we will definately go back to Gartner and ask for Mike!

Most Positive AND No Hassle Car Buying Experience For This Evanston IL Customer At Gartner Hyundai
This was my most positive car buying experience from first contact to picking up my new car. My salesman was knowledgable and efficient. I especially appreciated the no hassle pricing based on a USAA price at another dealer. I was very pleasantly surprised. My only regret is that I do not live close enough to your dealership for service and to take advantage of the extended warranty offerred. Happy Gartner Hyundai Customer From Plainfield
After researching family sedans for about a month I decided the Sonata was the way to go. I shopped around and, after interracting with a couple salesmen from other dealerships that were obviously more concerned with selling me a car as quickly as possible than they were about me getting a car that suited my needs the best, I met Mike at Gartner. After spending about 10 minutes with Mike my wife and I knew we would be buying our new Sonata from him. I've driven the new Sonata for about a week now and couldn't be happier with the purchase (the 30mpg work commute in the suburbs will help that!). Make sure to ask for Mike Budzinski when you stop in, he's a great guy!

Great Experience and Great Price At Gartner Hyundai For This Repeat Customer
We came in looking for a car to replace our 04 Sante Fe. Mike B. did a great job of steering us to the 2012 Sonata. Not only is it a great car for a great price, Mike B. made us feel comfortable and wasn't some overbearing car salesman. Recently picked up a Vera Cruz and are totally happy with our purchase. This is about the 4th or 5th car purchased at Gartner and we have always dealt with Mike. We really don't think we would come into Aurora for a new car if it wasn't for Mike. We came in at 8 PM which I know must be irritating when you close at 9pm. We were welcomed immediately and treated with great Customer Service by Mike Budzinski. We bought a car and were out the door by 9:30 pm. I consider the service we received nothing short of superb, outstanding, and extremely efficient.
I received a thank you follow up call and feel I should be doing the thank you follow up call. I have never received such wonderful, warm friendly service while purchasing a car.

Chicago Customer Very Happy With Mike, Scott, and the Entire Team at Gartner Saab
I bought a 2005 Saab 9-3 ARC convertible from Gartner, and I truly enjoyed the buying experience. Mike was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and took care of my buying needs. He took the time to determine the best car for my needs based on my interest and budget. He explained the car in detail and made sure I was happy with my purchase.
I was also extemely happy with the Finance Manager Scott Lupo. Even though I had prearranged my financing, he took the time to explain all the paperwork in detail and went out of his way to find the best extended warranty. He even went as far as calling me on his day off to find a better warranty for my vehicle.
Mike arranged to have my vehicle completely detailed inside and out. I consider this going above and beyond. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new/used car to come to Garter and work with Mike, Scott and the entire team. I look forward to driving my new vehicle and appreciate the time, attention and detail that was displayed by Mike and Scott.

Mike Budzinski at Gartner Hyundai Receives 10 out of 5 Stars from Sandie!
It started out with an email I sent the dealership requesting more information and pricing on a new 2011 Tucson. Mike replied to my email and gave me a call to make sure he understood what options and packages were important to me.
He was timely with his responses and never put any pressure on me to make a decision.
I feel I was presented with a good price and one that no one else could beat. He's the BEST car buying experience I've EVER had. He's great and I would recommend him to anyone. I give him a "10".

My how car buying has changed. My last new car was in 2003. Then it was a lot of going back & forth on the price. Now, its like shopping at Car Max. Not much movement. Oh well, I was pleased with purchase we made of a 2009 Sonata with low miles. Mike was a pleasant sales person to work with. Took for a test drive and made the deal.
Then the smiles turned to frowns after my wife drove the car home. Steering wheel shake when braking. Turned out that rotors needed to be resurfaced. XM radio not turned on.
There were some communication problems encountered which I trust will improve with my next visits, as I intend to purchase a second vehicle in the future and want to stay with your dealership
