Mick was incrediblely accountable; responsive; able to communicate effectively by phone, voicemail, text message and in person.   We researched this vehicle onlne at Ebay in early June 2009 but due to a busy travel schedule and other obligations we weren't able to complete the sale until late September.   The dealer's ability to be understanding and patience made our experience outstanding.  Mick's accountability made the overall process smooth and a peace of mind.
