Mike was very helpful to us when we started our car search.  He was even more helpful when we decided on a Sonata.  Firstly he remembered us from our visit 2 weeks prior to our purchase.  Second, he made the entire purchasing process very smooth and enjoyable for us.

I went into Gartner Hyundai looking to get infomation on the Santa Fe, after I had looked on-line at Hyundai.com. We looked around and we approached a salesman to talk to about the Santa Fe. Mike Wiley gave us all the information we were asking about and his expert opinion and advice on the Santa Fe.  He offered us a test drive but I was reluctant because it was rush hour, I said I was going to go home and get dinner and we would come back later. Mike suggested we take the Santa Fe home, so we talked some more and I asked about pricing. Mike got me a price and I was amazed, I took the car home and I called my older brother who had bought a new Santa Fe late last year in Milwaukee, I told him the price I was quoted and he said it was a better deal than he recieved. I loved driving the New Santa Fa it was like driving my Hyundai Accent but at a much grander scale. We told Mike that we were very intrested and would come back on Saturday, Mike called on Friday to see what we thought, I said we were sold on the car. Mike took down some information and suggested we come in that afternoon to fill out the loan information to avoid the Saturday rush. We came in and started the process, Mike introduced us to Bill in financing. Bill took down more information and told us he would find me a loan, I let him know that I didn't have super credit, he told me it was not outstanding but he had seen worse, Bill tried to get us a great loan and succeded, then he called us 3 days later and told us he had gotten us a better deal with a different loan company. (I know from the past that no other loan manager would ever try to get you a better deal on a loan once you have taken the car off of the lot)

I think Mike and Bill did a great job and I would recommend any one looking for a new car to visit Gatner Hyundai and ask for Mike Wiley,he will help you get you in the car you would like and show you how everthing works in the new car.

Thank you to Mike Wiley, Brian Schwarz and Bob Walker of the sales team for making my first Hyundai purchase the most pleasant car purchase ever.    I stopped in for a test drive and information on the new 2012 Hyundai Elantra and spoke with Bob Walker.  I fell in love with the car, but had to wait a few days for the perfect model to be delivered.

That's when Mike Wiley from the sales team called and said the requested car was ready for me to check out.  I had already decided to buy the vehicle so it was a simple process completing the financing request online.  When I arrived at the dealership to complete the transaction, the car was prepped and ready to go.

Mike Wiley gave me a thorough explanation on the car's features and especially the navigation package.  I greatly appreciated his extensive knowledge and the extra attention he focused on features I wanted to use.  I can see he is an asset to the team if a consumer wants to know how to use the navigation feature.  

When I worked with the financial expert, Jason, to close the deal, it was a very easy process, including review of the vehicle and financing options.

My husband and I would like to thank Mike Wiley for the very best experience EVER when we purchased our 2012 Santa Fe on Dec. 23! We appreciated Mike Wiley's pleasent, friendly and no pressure style. He was very informativie and we perceved him to be an advocate for us in this purchase. We love how the car rides and we are crazy about the 10 year/100 mile warranty!

The lease on my BMW was about to expire and I needed to decide on whether to lease another or to chose a different vehicle entirely.  As part of the decision process, my wife and I looked at several different makes and models.  We visited Gartner and met Mike Wiley, Sales Consultant, who took us for a test drive in new Sonata Hybrid.  The car exceeded our expectations and we knew instantly that the vehicle was best suited for our life style.  We were impressed with Mikes knowledge of the product and his courteous and non-pressure sales approach.  He was willing to work with us on the time frames required to bring the deal to fruition.  To say the least, he was truly a class act!  Our entire experience at Gartner, including that with Brian Schwarz and Jason Rezman, was friendly, professional and most deserving of my future and referral business.
