Michael was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions easily and made me feel at ease. I had no idea I would leave with a brand new car the same night but he made my budget work and got me the car I wanted.

I was only coming in to look at the cars....and of course I walked out with a brand new 2011 Sonata : ) Little did we know that the salesman that helped us out was an aquantance of my boyfriend, and turned out to be very helpful in making the final decision in buying a new car. After driving the car and going after numbers, Michael was sincere and made us a deal that I could not walk away from. Our salesman was knowledgable and felt trustworthy. He was helpful at the time of purchase and even after....So far I love the car and am happy with the purchase.

WE ORIGINALLY CAME IN TO THE DEALERSHIP TO LOOK AT  THE TUCSON, BUT WE DECIDED THAT THE SONATA WAS THE BETTER CHOICE FOR US.  WE WERE GREETED VERY WARMLY BY MICHAEL AND HE ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS.  HE WORKED HARD TO GET US THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE.

WE DID HAVE TO POINT OUT THAT THE PAY OFF WAS NOT VERIFIED WHEN WE WENT IN TO SIGN THE PAPER WORK BUT IT'S A SATURDAY AND IT'S LATE WHEN PEOPLE GET HUNGRY, SO NO BIG DEAL. 

THE ONLY THING I WAS UPSET ABOUT WAS THE FACT I DIDN'T WANT THE CARGO NET, MATS OR THE IPOD CORD AND THOSE ITEMS WERE NOT REMOVED OFF THE CAR OR PRICE.

OVERALL, VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND WE WILL RETURN TO BUY A NEW VEHICLE IN A FEW YEARS

This past summer we purchased two new cars from Hyundai.  As a previous Hyundai owner we were compelled to purchase a Hyundai again.  Throughout the process Mike Miranda has been excellent.  He let's you work at your own pace and was never pushy. Not to be forgotten is Nelson the sales manager.  He really went the "extra mile" to find our Sonata.  If you are in the market for a new car please give Mike Miranda and Hyudai in Aurora a chance to earn your business. 

 I CALLED THE GARTNER DEALER ON MONDAY NIGHT TO GET QUOTES ON AN ACCENT. THE GENTLEMAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE AND TOOK MY QUOTES WAS ALEX, AND HE WAS VERY HELPFULL. I CAME IN THE NEXT THURSDAY NIGHT TO MAKE A DEAL. I HAVE SHOPPED AT PUGI IN DOWNERS GROVE AND HAPPY HYUNDAI IN OAK LAWN FOR QUOTES ON THE ACCENT SE. I WAS ABLE TO GET THE BEST PRICE HERE IN GARTNER, AS THE SALESMEN MATCHED THE PRICE FROM THE OTHER DEALERS. MICHAEL WAS VERY CONSIDERATE AND HELPFULL. HE ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS THAT I ASKED VERY WELL. HE WORKED EVERYTHING OUT FOR ME AND LAYED OUT SEVERAL OPTIONS FOR ME. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE HERE, THE SALES TEAM IS VERY RESPECTABLE AND KIND. THEY SURE KNEW HOW TO MAKE A CUSTOMER FEEL AT HOME. I WOULD RECOMMEND GARTNER TO ANYONE IN MY FAMILY OR CIRCLE OF FRIENDS.

MICHAEL WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.  HE WAS HONEST, UPFRONT AND REALLY LISTENED TO MY NEEDS.  HE WORKED WITH ME TO GET ME EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED FOR THE PRICE POINT WHERE I WANTED TO BE.  EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CONSULTATIVE APPROACH.

Michael was very helpful and dedicated to helping us find the right car with the right features we were looking for. He was a very honest and down to earth. We traded in and he worked to get us the deal that we were satisfied with. Once I received the car he helped me to set up the features and explained to me how to operate them. I would recommend him as a sales person. The other people who helped us complete the sale of our car were also very nice and friendly.

My purchasing experience could not have been better.  Michael greeted me cordially and explained thoroughly the featurs of the car I was interested in.  Because of his explanationsand feeling that he took a personal interest in what I was looking for we upgraded to a package group I originally not have been interested in.
