Michael worked very hard on our behalf to get our deal done.  Even though it took way longer than it should have because of the Sales and Finance Manager being backed up, Michael was very accommodating and did everything he could to finish up the paperwork as soon as possible.  He's a truly nice guy!

BEST CAR PURCHASE EVER

My wife and i stopped by the Gartner dealership on Saturday after dinner to test drive a Tucson. Mike Miranda  was there to greet us and take us on a test drive. Unknown to us the dealer was closing when we had first arrived, however mike took us on his own time. We returned Monday and purchased not only the 2011 Tucson but a 2011 Sonata as well! I cant say enough about Mike Miranda  I will highly recommend Mike to family and friends as well as any one reading this. We stopped in to see a Hyundai Sonata because my sister & brother in-law strongly recommended it for us to check it out.  Michael was there to greet us as soon as we walked in and answered every question we had.  He was very thorough and also very knowledgeable about the cars.  After visiting couple other dealers, we settled on the Sonata for its value and comfort, it was also because we had a great experience with our salesperson that we did not experience anywhere else.  We are very very happy with our new Sonata.

All around great sales approach Mike had.  Not too much, but just enough.  In October, I test drove a Nissan Rouge and a Hyundai Tuscon.  I did not know which one I liked better.  Last week I went to Gerald Nissan in Naperville and the salesman there was rude and I left.  I walked into Gartner Hyundai 30 minutes later and decided that I wanted to spend my money here.  Mike Miranda is an asset to your company!  Patricia S.
