Ronald Says Gartner's Radio Ads Are True - "We Treat You Like The Boss"!

We had never dealt with Gartner before, but heard the glowing radio ads on WGN radio ( They treat you like the boss and highest trade-in ).  They are true.  The experience we had with our sales rep Jordan was excellent.  No pressure, no gimmicks.  He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Sonata we looked at.  All the people we came in contact with were courteous and professional.  All in all, a very pleasant experience.

A Great Car Buying Experience For This Plainfield Couple at Gartner Hyundai!

We just wanted to take a minute to thank everyone at Gartner for a great car buying experience! Our experience began with a very open and honest negotiation via email with Bob Walker and culminated in our purchase of a 2011 Hyundai Sonata LTD. It would not have been possible without the efforts of Jordan Kabranov, Brian (Sales Mgr) and Jason (Finance). It was a great team effort. We are extremely pleased with our new Sonata. In fact, we immediately put it to the test by hitting the road for an extended trip to Florida. Some 2900 miles and 35 mpg later we are most impressed with the performance, comfort and economy of our new Sonata. Thanks for all you do to make the car buying experience as stress-free and pleasant as possible at Gartner.


Gartner Hyundai Helped Megan From Naperville End Her Year On A High Note!

From the moment I walked into this dealership, I was treated with the respect and attention I feel I deserve.  This has not been the case at other dealerships, so that was a great start to my experience.  I arrived intending to test drive a used Santa Fe Limited, but the salesman (Jordan was GREAT!!!!) said they didn't have any on the lot.  He immediately pulled out his paperwork and worked with me to see what they had that was within my price range.  While he was looking over what was in stock, I decided to take a look at the 2011 Elantra Touring that was right next to me in the showroom.  While it sits lower that my Honda CR-V did, I loved the look and the feel and asked if there was one I could take for a test drive. 

I loved the way the car drove.  It had all the "fun" features (heated leather seats, XM radio, moonroof, iPod capability) and all the safety features I was looking for. 

Once we arrived back at the dealership, I was given a very fair price and was never pressured to buy any extras that I did not want.  I really cannot express how wonderful this experience was, from start to finish.  I will say that I will send anyone I know looking for a car over to your dealership.  I always saw myself as a lifelong Honda owner, but I can now say that I am the VERY PROUD owner of a Hyundai!

It's hard to believe that it took almost 30 minutes to by my new Hyundai Santa Fe! Jordan made it easy...no pressure, just facts. I'm looking forward to seeing if your service is as good as your sales team. I have an appointment on Wednesday. I'll let you know then.

I've already told a dozen friends about the excellent treatment I recieved when I bought the car on Friday and picked it up on Saturday. There are some little things that you do that make me realize what a great organization I'm doing business with. The full tank of gas and the little Velcro strips to hold my I-Pass were truly appreciated...almost as much as the great price.

I want everyone to know what a good job Scott did with all the paperwork. He is professional and efficient.

Best new car buying experience I've ever had.  Jordan Kabranov was great to work with.  Bought a brand new 2011 Sonata and he not only beat the price of two other dealers, but was no pressure all the way.  He even came in on his day off to walk me through all of the cars functions and has kept in touch to make sure car is performing as advertised.  Would recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking for a new ride.

Buying a car for me is very stressfull. As I was doing my new car buying homework, I found that Gartner not only had the best price for me but the sales staff was always helpfull and courteous. I was in contact both through the website and phone with Jordan, and other sales staff for more than two weeks before I went to the dealership. It didn't take long to make my mind up that these were the people I would do business with. Jordan was very informative and thorough with me which made my buying experience pretty painless.

Happy Experience at Gartner Hyundai for this St. Charles Couple

Jordan promptly met us and showed us the car we were interested in. (2011 Sonata SE)  We drove the car, and told him we were intersted in finding out costs for purchasing or leasing the vehicle. He obtained this information for us within 10-15 minutes, and it was quite clear and easy to understand our options.  He also asked if we owned another Hyundai, and when we informed him we did, he applied $500 owner's loyalty rebate.  The entire deal was completed within 10 minutes.  After we signed the papers with the Finance Manager, Jason spent almost 30 minutes explaining the features of the car to my wife and I.  This was done 30 minutes after dealership closed for the evening.  We were very happy with the experience, and will steer our daughter to Gartner for a Santa Fe within the next few months.

I actually enjoyed our car buying experience at Gartner.  We looked at several makes and models of mid to small size sedans.  The Elantra GLS was a great mix of size, comfort, and features.  Jordan was very professional and personable, with a great attitude for working with a family on a tight budget!  Hyundai's various incentives made a new car a possibility.  Several other manufacturers I visited just wanted to get me in a car and out the door.  Not so at Gartner...  I would highly recommend Gartner Hyundai to any of my friends!!

Jordan was low key, he listened really well when we explained we needed a new care after our old one was totaled. It wasn't a good time to buy but he found us a great price on a Sonata demo and we bought it on the spot. We test drove 14 other cars from new and used but the Sonata was the only one that was just right.

Before I even finished my purchase at Gartner Hyundai I already recommended them to family and friends because I was so pleased with their customer service. They are worlds above and beyond many of the other Hyundai dealerships I went to. garnter was always kind, curteous, respectful, and helpful. They did whatever they had to to make sure I left a happy customer! Many of the other Hyundai dealerships were rude, inconsiderate, and some even went as far as insulting me, and insulting my intelligence! Those dealerships I made sure to let family and friends know to never go there! Gartner however needs to be recognized among all Hyundais for excellence!

Jordan was extremely knowledgeable about the 2007 SAAB combi sport that I purchased. He was friendly and eager to assist me in any way. I was able to get all of my questions answered quickly and clearly. Negotiating trade-in value and final price was handled carefully and fairly, with full disclosure of the wholesale value of my trade as determined by several sources. The SAAB was essentially perfect, except for a damaged windshield that was replaced for me. It was spotless inside and out, and could hardly be told from new. I am totally satisfied and happy with the SAAB, with the purchase process, and with Jordan and the others I briefly met at Gartner Buick-Hyundai-SAAB. A great job was done by all!

I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from Gartner Hyundai this week, and my experience was a very good one. I was very happy that the staff did not pressure me like I was pressured at other dealers, the staff was very knowledgable, and they gave me a great price on the car without having to deal with haggling it down. I had stopped at a few Hyundai dealers the previous week who promised me "the best price" so I wanted to compare after receiving a price from Gartner Hyundai, just to be an informed shopper. Well the other places barely matched the price. So that made me feel good about my decision to buy the car at Gartner Hyundai. I was also deciding between a Toyota Camry and a Hyundai Sonata, and eventually I realized the Sonata was just a better value for me at the time. Not feeling pressured and having time to make a decision was a huge relief for me. The Toyota dealer was much higher pressure.

The process of actually buying the car is, as always when buying anything big, intimidating. I did think the staff did a good job making it as painless as possible. Of course, there's the last minute sales of warranties and such, because I'm sure that's where they make a good bulk of their commissions. I didn't particularly like having it sprung on me and having to make a quick decision, because it threw me off, but I feel like the staff was still respectful and were just doing part of their job, so I can't fault them for that. I think the service was still good though, and the only way I'd suggest an improvement is to eliminate any surprise last minute questions.

I hope my experiences with the Service Department will be as positive as the one I had with the Sales Department. Though hopefully I won't be back anytime soon and the car continues to run beautifully. I thought the entire staff was very matter of fact and helpful, two qualities I really liked.

So overall, I'd recommend buying a Hyundai from Gartner Hyundai. I can only judge the place based on my few days there, but I liked what I saw and I appreciated the helpful staff.
