Before I even finished my purchase at Gartner Hyundai I already recommended them to family and friends because I was so pleased with their customer service. They are worlds above and beyond many of the other Hyundai dealerships I went to. garnter was always kind, curteous, respectful, and helpful. They did whatever they had to to make sure I left a happy customer! Many of the other Hyundai dealerships were rude, inconsiderate, and some even went as far as insulting me, and insulting my intelligence! Those dealerships I made sure to let family and friends know to never go there! Gartner however needs to be recognized among all Hyundais for excellence!

I seen the 2011 Sonata at the auto show and knew I had to have it. This is my 4th. Hyundai, my 3rd. from Gartner and my second purchase from Jordan Kabranov and as usual it was a gratifiying and pleasant experience

Additionally, I do agree with you. There are a lot of different makes, models, and extended services on the market today, but Hyundai really does offer the most "bang for your buck" on all aspects.

Jordan was extremely knowledgeable about the 2007 SAAB combi sport that I purchased. He was friendly and eager to assist me in any way. I was able to get all of my questions answered quickly and clearly. Negotiating trade-in value and final price was handled carefully and fairly, with full disclosure of the wholesale value of my trade as determined by several sources. The SAAB was essentially perfect, except for a damaged windshield that was replaced for me. It was spotless inside and out, and could hardly be told from new. I am totally satisfied and happy with the SAAB, with the purchase process, and with Jordan and the others I briefly met at Gartner Buick-Hyundai-SAAB. A great job was done by all!

I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from Gartner Hyundai this week, and my experience was a very good one. I was very happy that the staff did not pressure me like I was pressured at other dealers, the staff was very knowledgable, and they gave me a great price on the car without having to deal with haggling it down. I had stopped at a few Hyundai dealers the previous week who promised me "the best price" so I wanted to compare after receiving a price from Gartner Hyundai, just to be an informed shopper. Well the other places barely matched the price. So that made me feel good about my decision to buy the car at Gartner Hyundai. I was also deciding between a Toyota Camry and a Hyundai Sonata, and eventually I realized the Sonata was just a better value for me at the time. Not feeling pressured and having time to make a decision was a huge relief for me. The Toyota dealer was much higher pressure.
The process of actually buying the car is, as always when buying anything big, intimidating. I did think the staff did a good job making it as painless as possible. Of course, there's the last minute sales of warranties and such, because I'm sure that's where they make a good bulk of their commissions. I didn't particularly like having it sprung on me and having to make a quick decision, because it threw me off, but I feel like the staff was still respectful and were just doing part of their job, so I can't fault them for that. I think the service was still good though, and the only way I'd suggest an improvement is to eliminate any surprise last minute questions.
I hope my experiences with the Service Department will be as positive as the one I had with the Sales Department. Though hopefully I won't be back anytime soon and the car continues to run beautifully. I thought the entire staff was very matter of fact and helpful, two qualities I really liked.
So overall, I'd recommend buying a Hyundai from Gartner Hyundai. I can only judge the place based on my few days there, but I liked what I saw and I appreciated the helpful staff.
We bought an Elantra and We Have Been Pleased Beyond Our Expectations.
We had been looking for a new car for several months and had gone to several dealers and looked at several different makes and models. When we got to Gartner, Jordan was extremely nice, answered all of our questions and was never pushy or condenscending. He treated us great and made our car buying a most enjoyable experience. We bought a 2009 Elantra and we have been pleased beyond our expectations.

I had been searching for a particular vehicle & features for a while. I live in Ohio and was unable to find the vehicle here so while on a business trip to the Chicago area I took a chance to look around and found the car I wanted at Gartner. I worked with Jordan Kabranov. Having searched at numerous dealerships and working with many other sales persons I need to tell you that Jordan by far was the best salesperson out of all. He was honest from the start and established a solid rapport. He understood what I was looking for both in vehicle features and price. He was responsive and very helpful with the "extra" steps necessary for my purchase as an out of state purchase. Even though I would again need to drive the new vehicle from IL to OH I would purchase a car from Jordan & Gartner in the future. Jordan even loaned me his vehicle to use while I waited a few hours for the application of a paint protector the day I took vehicle delivery.
I also need to point out that Diane Niehls was likewise very helpful. As the internet sales person she helped facilitate contact with me, answer questions, and gather information that I needed to complete the transaction. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the process smooth and trouble free. As a busy person who needed to complete a lot of the communication via e-mail I was impressed by the willingness and ability of Diane & Gartner to make that happen. Some dealerships I had attempted to work with wouldn't even respond via e-mail. I am glad your dealership is so flexible!

Jordan was extremely helpful. He gave me all the options necessary to make my decision. Ultimately, I decided on a 2009 Sonata Limited in silver. Everybody else was great as well. Overall, my experience was excellent.
Braidwood Hyundai buyer is pleased with Jordan and gartner Hyundai
Jordan was very helpful. He even shortened his lunch hour to meet me when I purchased my Sonata. I'm enjoying the second new car I've purchased from Gartner. My only disappointment was that the "net" in the trunk was not included in the car. The car I test drove had it and I assumed this one did as well. I wouldn't pay extra for it. I did go to the Joliet Hyundai dealer and did not get the service nor the cooperation that I received from Gartner.

Quick and easy deal for La Grange Hyundai shopper at Gartner Hyundai
The buying experience was a good one in that Jordan let us test drive the cars multiple times. we didn't have to haggle much, and the wait wasn't too long.
1st time buyer from Joliet has a great experience at Gartner Hyundai
Jordan was extremly helpful while I was looking for my first car. On the test drive he pointed out many of the car's features and explained how the different features worked and how they were different from the alternatives. He was very friendly and made my first-time buy stress free and exciting.
