We went to Gartner after a TERRIBLE experience at Grossinger! We walked in and met Jordan and it was great from the start. He was very helpful and found us the car we were looking for. He was very informative and gave us more details about the car than we had gotten from any of the other dealerships we went to. He was honest with us and we didn't get the cheesy car salesman vibe from him at all! The price was also the best we had seen anywhere. We ended up buying the perfect car from him and drove it off the lot that day! We are so happy that we made the decision to leave Lincolnwood and drive to Aurora that day. Seriously, in one day we saw the absolute worst and the best service in two different dealerships. Gartner definitely knows how to make their customers comfortable and feel well informed so that they can make the right decision in buying a car. Even if you live far from Aurora, make the trip to Gartner, it really is worth it!

Jordan went above and beyond to find us the exact vehicle we wanted and answered our questions promptly and honestly.  The no-haggle pricing was a welcome surprise all done over the phone.  Waiting for the F&I mgr. to do the paperwork was very time consuming, but that was because they had so many customers that Saturday buying Hyundai's at great deals.  I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a Hyundai at a very reasonable price and prompt answers, very professional and down-to earth as well.  Good job!

Crystal From Oswego Found The Elantra Limited She Wanted and Had A Great Experience at Gartner Hyundai

I had been seriously contemplating the purchase of a 2011 Hyundai Elantra and after checking availability and prices via the internet, had even visited another dealership and taken a test drive.   That dealership refused to budge off of the sticker price and didn't even have an Elantra in the color and with the options I was looking for in stock and told me I would have to take what they had. 

I then contacted your dealership via e-mail seeking some additional information regarding the Hyundai Elantra Limiteds you had in stock.  Jordan soon contacted me by phone to let me know his availability and I told him I would visit the dealership later in the day but was unsure of the exact time.  He even called me again later in the day to let me know he had to step out of the office briefly and make sure that I wasn't planning to come during his absence.  

Upon arriving at the dealership later that evening, I was greeted warmly by Jordan and he checked the availability of an Elantra Limited that had the options I was looking for.  Your dealership did indeed have a vehicle in stock that met my specifications exactly and Jordan pulled it in to the Service Center so that we could look at it in the comfort of the Service Department where it was warm and dry as it was cold and raining very hard outside.  

We returned to the office and Jordan, true to his word on the phone earlier that morning, gave me the invoice price of the vehicle which was the exact color and had all of the options that I was looking for!  I was very impressed with his professionalism and appreciated his no-pressure approach along with the fact that there were no gimmicks or games when it came to the price of the vehicle.  He also did not try to sell me any additional features that I wasn't interested in or try the "bait and switch", attempting to sell me a car that I didn't want.  He listened to my concerns regarding financing and was especially helpful in that area.  I knew I had the right salesman when a previous customer of Jordan's waited patiently as he had returned to Gartner to purchase another car and wanted to once again do business with Jordan.       

I purchased the car that evening and drove it home the same night but not until Jordan had thoroughly explained the all of the features on the car and even set up the blue-tooth for my phone!  Upon returning to the dealership the following week, Jordan quickly took care of me and provided me with a loaner car while mine was being sealcoated.  He assured me multiple times that I could call him or stop by at any time if I had questions about the operation of the car or its' features.  It's nice in this day and age to see that there are businesses that still place a high value on customer service and make it a priority and strive to provide the best possible experience to each and every customer who walks through the door!

Although this was my first experience with your dealership, I would certainly return to Gartner the next time I am in the market for a new or used vehicle and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Jordan!  Overall, Jordan and the Gartner dealership made buying a new vehicle as stress-free as possible and it was a very positive experience.  I would highly recommend that anyone considering the purchase of a new vehicle visit Gartner and ask for Jordan!

Happy Gartner Customer Since 2006 Returns For Another Sonata

I have been a very happy Gartner Hyundai customer since 2006 when I bought my first Sonata.  I was trading in my old mini van, and looking for something stylish and fun to drive, that was affordable.  I found that in the 2007 Sonata I bought!  Everyone at Gartner Hyundai is always so friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with, especially Jordan Kabranov our sales rep.  I was so pleased with my experience there, that I came back with my husband, my mother and both of our daughters, so they can all purchase new cars.  We are proud to be a Gartner Hyundai family!  My husband and I each have a Sonata, one of our girls has an Elantra and the other has a Tuscan!  Jordan, Scott and Joe made each of our daughters 1st car purchase a very pleasant experience!!  And that is what keeps us coming back!! This past week-end I traded in my 2007 Sonata for a 2011 Sonata and I LOVE it!!  I would not have thought that Gartner Hyundai could get any better, but they did!!  Everyone there exceeded my expectations with excellent service!!  Thank-you Gartner Hyundai for making car buying so fun and exciting!!

I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Tucson at Gartner just last month.  Even though I was shopping on a Saturday (which tends to be the busiest day of the week for car sales), Jordan spent the necessary time to answer all of my questions.  He took me around the lot looking at their entire inventory of Tucsons, and once I had decided on the right one for me, took the time to explain every feature of the vehicle in great detail.  Thanks Jordan. 

I would also like to mention Joe Martin in the financing department.   The financing of a new vehicle can sometimes be a slow and frustrating process.  Joe fully explained all of my options in record time, and I really got the impression that he had my best interests in mind.  Thanks Joe.  

I would definitely recommend Gartner Hyundai/Saab, and would also recommend the Tucson to anyone that is currently looking for an inexpensive yet highly capable SUV.

How Buying a Car Should Be!

Our experience at Gartner was definitely different than any other experience I have had in buying a car, what a pleasant surprise!  Jordan was exactly how I believe a sales person should be.  We walked in, he gave us a polite welcome and simple said if you have any questions feel free to ask.  He gave us our space and the time especially that I needed to make my assessment, no pressure or clinging like many sales people do.  He never approached us until I asked a question.  Thank you Jordan!  Our approach in purchasing a new car was no different than most, get the best value for our dollar; we looked at many mid size cars and found the Sonata Limited to be a beautiful looking car and a great value.  Honestly we could have received a better overall deal by purchasing a different car but how I felt every time I walked out of Gartner's and my dealings with Jordan, he was the difference.  There is no value that can be put on that feeling.  Thanks for the great experience!

Gartner Hyundai Helped Megan From Naperville End Her Year On A High Note!

From the moment I walked into this dealership, I was treated with the respect and attention I feel I deserve.  This has not been the case at other dealerships, so that was a great start to my experience.  I arrived intending to test drive a used Santa Fe Limited, but the salesman (Jordan was GREAT!!!!) said they didn't have any on the lot.  He immediately pulled out his paperwork and worked with me to see what they had that was within my price range.  While he was looking over what was in stock, I decided to take a look at the 2011 Elantra Touring that was right next to me in the showroom.  While it sits lower that my Honda CR-V did, I loved the look and the feel and asked if there was one I could take for a test drive. 

I loved the way the car drove.  It had all the "fun" features (heated leather seats, XM radio, moonroof, iPod capability) and all the safety features I was looking for. 

Once we arrived back at the dealership, I was given a very fair price and was never pressured to buy any extras that I did not want.  I really cannot express how wonderful this experience was, from start to finish.  I will say that I will send anyone I know looking for a car over to your dealership.  I always saw myself as a lifelong Honda owner, but I can now say that I am the VERY PROUD owner of a Hyundai!
