I was especially impressed when Joe offered to pick me up at home the day we took possession of our new Sonata. Since we were down to one car, this was so appreciated. Pretty amazing, since I had never met Joe before this transaction.

Joe spent a couple hours with me reviewing all the car features, introducing me to the Hyundai staff, and ensuring I was set up with the great Blue Link service.

Canadians take note!!

We bought a 2010 Genesis from Joe Martin at Gartner.  The deal went together quickly and without a hitch.  Pricing and delivery were exactly as agreed and there were no games (like some other dealers try) at all.  We were in and gone within an hour and the car was even better than I expected.  As close to perfect as it could be - hard to tell from brand new!!

They had all the paperwork including a 30 day temp tag ready and waiting (no Illinois taxes due) so we crossed the border the same day (Detroit & Windsor bridge as they are open 24/7) in no time. 

I highly recommend Joe & his Sales Manager Phil Lupo as they were fun to deal with and thoroughly professional.  I would deal with them again in a heartbeat. 

So if you need to get a great car and save money (we saved about $10,000 what with pricing and exchange) you should give Joe a call. 

Great guy, great dealership and a super car.  It does not come better than this.

I used to drive a BMW and I never would have thought of buying a Hyundai, but a friend of mine has one and loves it. Sooo...thinking of fuel economy and a good warrenty, i thought i would stop in where she bought her car and check it out...needless to say, it was the only place i had to look. Joe was great with getting me what I needed at a price i could afford. I LOVE MY HYUNDAI!!  I would recommend that at least if you are in the market for a car, stop in to Gartner Hyundai and see what they can do for you.

I have nothing but good things to say about Gartner.  Joe was very friendly and went over everything in detail. I have had experiences with other car dealers who try to slip something past you. Joe was very upfront and honest and pointed everything out nice and simple. Thank you Joe Martin you have a customer for life.

My experience with Joe Martin at Gartner Hyundai in Aurora was the absolute best!  Admittedly now a days customer service is just not what it use to be.  Gone are the days where you are treated with respect and dignity.  When my husband and I walked into Gartner Hyundai our faith in customer service was greatly renewed!  Not only were we treated with respect and dignity there was a warm welcome feel in the entire place... it was amazing!  Joe took his time with the paperwork and made sure that we understood all.  I feel that we got the best of quality service and a great deal on our new 2010 Hyundai Accent GS.  I highly recommend Gartner Hyundai to EVERYONE.  Why settle for less when you can get the absolute best from start to finish!  Hats off to Joe Martin... here's to continued success!~dt

Joe was GREAT. He put together the best deal I was offered out of several different dealers in the area. We looked at several different 2011 Sonata GLS demo's on the lot and he showed he was knowledgeable and spent time going through different vehicles with me to make sure I got the right one for me. When I came in to pick up the car everything was ready and Joe took the time to walk me through the dealership and service and meet the staff that I will be dealing with when I bring the car in for servicing. All in all I am VERY HAPPY with the Car and the dealership and will recommend both to the people I know.
