I have purchased 2 cars from Gartner in 7 months-- i totled the first and had to buy another.  I was very apprehensive bcuz i got a great deal on first santa fe from Gartner and was convinced the deal couldnt be replicated-- so i searched at other dealerships for a car.  BIG MISTAKE!

Other dealerships in chicagoland area wasted so much of my time its not even funny.  Promising cars that were never in stock wehn i arrived then tring to sell me more expensive ones, REFUSING to honor an agreed upon sale price unless i bought extended warranty at double what Gartner sells it for-- the list goes on and on. 

Jenny doesnt waste your time and is very patient with helping you pick out the vehicle thats perfect for you at the price you want.  I had my eye on one car but left with a brand new santa fe for less than the car i was eyeing, and better features.  (remote start, trailer hitch) 

I could go on and on about this dealership and Jenny-- the professionalism and efficiency is unbeatable.

Gartner gives you the price and customer service you deserve as a customer.  Highly recommended!
