Pleasant Experience in the Finance Office of Gartner Hyundai Saab

I don't know if this is the right person. Jason is the person that did all our financial paperwork. He explained everthing in detail to us. He sold us a warranty plan for both of the vehicles we purchased. no  high pressure sales which was nice,just details. he was fast and pleasant to deal with. he is a keeper. thanks

Happy Hyundai Sonata Customer Gives Jason In Finance A Great Review!

I was very pleased with the way Jason went over all the financial paperwork with me, when I purchased my new Sonata.  He explained things to me and answered all the questions that I had at the time.   When I got home and re-read the contract on the extended warranty, there was an area that I didn't remember Jason covering with me.  I stopped by the next day to see him.  He was very pleasant, apologized if he didn't cover that part of the contract with me, and remedied my concern about the deductible to my satisfaction.  He never was annoyed by any of my questions or concerns and handled them professionally.  I have to say he was a pleasure to work with, as one of the Business Managers, at Gartner Hyundai/Saab.

The Hyundai vehicle I purchased is amazing! I can't believe what a nice car it has been so far. Although the car is wonderful to drive and look at, my best experience has been the customer service I have received at Gartner. Jason was extremely helpful immediately. Although I just met him, he made me feel like he knew me for years. I will always visit Gartner first for my car needs.


Bolinbrook Customer Impressed with Gartner's Service

I recently bought my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe at Gartner Hyundai in December 2009.  A few days ago i took my car in to pick-up some white paint for a scratch on the car and to have my TPMS light checked out.  Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful.  I wanted to especially point out how nice Jason Rezman was.  He was the one who actually financed my car back in December.  He was at the cashier's counter when I was paying for my paint and was very helpful when I asked him about where I should go and what I should do about my TPMS light.  He actually came out to the parking lot to look at my car for me and had me bring it inside.  He personally checked out the air on my tires and went above and beyond anything he really needed to do.  He could have just pointed me in the right direction and sent me on my way, but he took the time to personally help me.  Once we found that I did need a technician to inspect the TPMS light, Jeremy Kneip helped me take care of the paper work.  He was very friendly as well.  I wish I could remember all the names of the people I cam in contact with because everyone was just so nice.  I just wanted to say thank you!

Salesperson: Jason Rezman

In any car buying transaction, dealing with the finance officer is typically rather tense.  However, with Jason it was a blast! He had all the paperwork ready and we were done in no time.  As a general comment, I noticed tremendous camaraderie among the staff, which ultimately translates to good experiences for the customer.

JAson was very nice and helpful when I took my car in for 2 seperate recall issues. The service was fast as well! They were only about to take care of one of the recall issues at the time, but he got me scheduled to bring in my car before I left for the 2nd recall issue. I was very pleased!
