One of the biggest reasons I drove all the way to Aurora to test drive a Sonata was because of Hugh. He had sold me a Buick some years ago and I really liked working with him. He is very patient and takes the time to explain everything to you. No question you ask is a dumb question and he's very respectful, which I appreciate! You will be losing a great salesperson when he retires and I really like my new Sonata!!

Yes, I do agree, Hugh will be greatly missed once he retires, but rest assured, Hugh has worked with a lot of my staff for many years, and has shown his way of selling to a good number of them. They will be more than happy to help you in the manner in which Hugh has for so many years.

Waited a week for the review so that I could give a fair assessment of the dealership.Hugh was a very pleasant salesperson and got back to me on the internet very fast. When I went in to close the deal Hugh walked me all around the dealership and work area and explained everything well. He did all he could to make me a satisfied customer. Hugh is an asset to your company.
