Heidi was the most friendly and honest sales person I have ever met. Throughout my car buying process, she always returned phone calls and was prompt at answering questions I had. In fact, Family Hyundai in Tinley Park called me 1.5 weeks before my vehicle was ready at Gartner. They said Joe, we have an Accent ready for you. Even though I needed a car, I decided to turn down Family Hyundai's vehicle. I was willing to wait the extra 10 days for Gartner Hyundai to get an Accent in soley based on Heidi's treatment. She is 100% responsible for my business going to Gartner instead of Family. Her honest, up-front personality as well as her empathy for my situation shined as no other salesman I had visited that week, (I visited 7) was straight forward from the start. I will return to family Hyundai for future vehicles because of this experience.
