We bought a new Sonata GLS sedan last week and I love it!  We were very happy with the way we were treated at Gartner.  Our salesman was Erik Carrizales.  He was very helpful and straight forward in his emails to me before we purchased the Sonata.  Since this was a big purchase for our family, I did my homework!  Including reading the on-line reviews.  We were not disappointed when we came in to meet with Erik. Erik gave us excellant customer service.  I appreciate the extra mile treatment that Gartner and Erik showed us.

Naperville Customer Says The Hyundai Santa Fe Is Far Superior To The Kia Sorento and Ford Edge

I was considering Hyundai Santa Fe, Kia Sorento, and Ford Edge.

Your product was far superior in ride and quality for the money.  You also rated high in comsumer reports and my insurance agent said you rated very high in safety.  After a test drive I was convenienced.

I chose to go to Gartner because when I walked in and was greated by Erik he was very impressive in his helpfulness and sincerity.  No flashy sales push - just sincerity.  I trusted doing business with him and the dealer he represented.

My experience with Erik was excellent. He was straight forward with us. Answered our questions. Understood when we needed time to consider. Helped me get my phone hooked up to the Blue Tooth and did a number of other things to enhance the experience. I just bought my 5th car at Gartner Hyundai in Aurora.  I had just recently purchased a 2011 Sonata from Erik and that was a great experience.  My husband and I decided to bring in our 2009 Santa Fe to see if we could get a car with better gas mileage and a lower payment and that's exactly what Erik accomplished for us.  I so enjoy working with Erik.  We likely won't be back for several years but each and every time I buy at Gartner I am thrilled with the service.

Too bad you don't have 10 STARS, because that's the way I feel about EVERY aspect of my experience with your store.  I've bought and leased a LOT of cars (and managed a few stores too).  Have never experienced anything close to the proffesionallism and downright thoughtfullnes that ruled this transacion.

From my first internet inquiry (and I had about 20 out there), to my dealings with EriK Carrizales in sales, Jason in F&I, and good conversation with Scott the Manager, everything was 1st class and then some.

I am really impressed with my Santa Fe as well, and (Erik) I do have a few more family members and friends lined up for you this spring.  Couldn't be more happy... thank you,

P.S.  As much as I am from "the biz", I usually hate shopping cars and being on the "other side of the desk".  You all made this a very enjoyable experience, and the red bow on the windshield made my valantine of 25+ years one very happy girl....will be seeing you again soon.  Thanks Again for the thoughtfulness.

I went to Gartner, my 4th time buying a Hyundai at Gartner, and was very impressed with Erik and how he accomodated our schedule.  We were on a time crunch due to a family obligation and he was so easy to work with.  I had already decided on a Sonata but was not certain of the model I wanted.  Erik answered all of my questions and showed me a variety of cars.  I eventually bought the first car I drove and absolutely love it!!  It was one of the best experiences I've had buying a car.  Thank you Erik for handling this sale so painlessly!!  :)

I was so impressesd with Erik Carrizales that I purchased a 2011 GLS Sonata without getting any price comparisons from other dealers. When my wife accompanied me to finalize the purchase, she also said she was impressed with Erik.

Enter your review here I have just purchased my second Santa Fe from Gartner and the reason is Erik.  When I went in to look at the Santa Fe I explained I was just looking and Erik was fantastic.  He explained the differences Hyundai has made since I purchased my Santa Fe 4 years ago but also what has stayed the same.  He explained the differences in engines completely so that I could understand since I do not do mechanics well.  Erik was not "pushy" but was very patient answering all my questions.  I ended up purchasing a new Santa Fe from Gartner and it was because of Erik.  Interesting enough though was the pleasant experience of Gartner.  It was a combined effort of Erik, Jason and finance that got me into my new Santa Fe.  I am telling everyone to go to Gartner.  One last point is that I found it interesting that everyone was friendly and helpful.  Everyone had a smile on their faces and everyone offered assistance - it shows Gartner has a great team.

I was very pleased with my experience buying a new 2010 Veracruz at Gartner.  I feel we got a good deal on our trade-in and on the lease for our new vehicle.  Erik and the other people involved did not pressure us, which is good because my husband and I really dislike high pressure sales tactics.  We don't want to play games and just want the facts about the price of the car, which we got at Gartner.  

The only negative thing I have to report is that I discovered, 2 days after getting my Veracruz and while on a 700 mi (round trip), that the cruise control does not work.

I gave 4 stars b/c I rarely, if ever, give anyone or any business the highest rating.

I waited a few months to write this review because buying a car is a huge expense and an exciting experience.   In retrospect this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had.  The was the first time I purchased a car alone. 

First, I can't commend my salesperson, Erik Carrizales highly enough.  He was knowledgeable about the specs of the car.  He answered all my questions.   He was helpful and let me know what I could expect from the vehicle from the lumbar supported seat down to the tires.  He was a good listener and matched the car to my needs.  (I wanted a car that could easily transport my labrador)  He was friendly and easy to talk to and checked on me several times because the Cash-for-Clunkers paperwork took a long time. 

Next-every single person I encountered was friendly and assisted me.  This included the finance person and other sales people.  I felt welcome walking into the huge intimidating showroom.  The office staff checked on me when I was waiting to make sure that I had been helped.   Lastly, I am convinced that I got the best possible price for this car-before the Cash for Clunkers rebate.  I shopped around for 6 months and visited 12 dealers and feel that Gartner Hyundai gave me the best deal I could find. 

Two months later-I'm delighted with the performance of my vehicle.

We were referred by a friend who assured us that we would find the best deal on a new Santa Fe at Gartner.

By a stroke of luck we met Jenny and, after a short conversation, we knew we had finally arrived in the right place.

She introduced us to Erik Carrizales who showed us several new vehicles and patiently answered all our questions.  We found him to be highly knowledgeable, friendly and genuinly interested in finding the right car for us.

We felt as if they were working for us instead of the dealership. 

Our friend was right.  We did get the best deal at Gartner.
