My husband and I are repeat costumers to Gartner. We bought our very first car together last year! It was a very pleasant experience, and we always recommend that our friends and family go to Gartner and ask for Eddie! When we were in need of another car, we didn't even hesitate to come to Gartner first. Eddie helped us to find something we could afford without the usual hassle that most people encounter at a car dealership. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and someone we will always come to if we ever need another car! If you are looking to have a stress free shopping trip come to Gartner and ask for Eddie!

Best Hyundai Deal in Naperville

When we walked into the showroom Eddie made us feel very comfortable and asked some very good questions in determining which vehicle's might be best for my wife.  We had targeted several vehicles to look at and had visited two of the four dealers to that point and both were the bad car buying experiences type.

Talk about patient, Eddie put up with us as we were all over the place in what we wanted and at what price.  New/used, didn't matter he handled it all calmly and professionally.  He knew his stuff and guided us through the process.  We soon realized Hyundai had what we were looking for and coupled with how Eddie had handled the situation we ruled out visiting the 4th dealer.

When we finally settled on two vehicles, the final negociations could not have been smoother.  We truly believe he worked on our behalf with the Sale Manager (Mark, who was great too) for the best deal. We left feeling everyone won.

One last point, need to upgrade Jason's computer. Way to slow in finalizing the paperwork.  Good thing he was a nice guy. Otherwise, would have been the worst part of the buying experience.

Eddie was great, he listened to what I wanted and was respectful when I declined other options.....he wasn't pushy!  For me that was huge buying a car is stressful enough and he made it easier for me.  He also helped me get the closing done quickly as he knew my wife and I were short on time.  Joe Martin was a big help in getting me a great rate, thanks.  I hope they are both around the next time I need to buy a car.  Thanks!

What can I say about Eddie.  Two words.... the best.  He was there for me every step of the way.  No request was to big for this guy.  I know I was a lot of work on the car purchase and I did scare him away.  He was always professional and kind

Eddie was a pleasure to deal with.  He was pleasant, thorough, efficient, clear and he was always "in-tune" with my needs, wants and requests.  Althogh he was thorough in exposing me to all options and upgrades, he was respectful of my decison on any options that I declined.  He pushed without being pushy.  Eddie is a true professional and I hope that he is still at the dealership when I purchase my next vehicle.  The industry needs more sales personnel formed from the mold that was made to produce Eddie.

I just purchased a 2009 Sonata from Gartner……Eddie Gawli was my salesman.

 

Compared to my experience I had days earlier at a different Nissan and Hyundai dealer in the area, I would have to rate Gartner a 10.  Right before I was getting ready to sign on a new Altima, the price of the car suddenly changed after spending hours there on Saturday.  Needless to say, we left disgusted because we were given bad information and lied to.

 

Eddie was pleasant, honest and determined to find a car for me.  My husband and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. We did not get the “run-around” or “smooth” talking as we did with the other dealer.  I would recommend Eddie to anyone interested in buying a Hyundai. He was very professional.

 

I was also happy with the efficiency of the final sales process.  Scott had all the paperwork ready to go when we arrived the next day, which eliminated the stress of waiting for hours.
