Buying a new car has always been my worst nightmare, but the minute we walked into Gartner Hyundai my wife and I were greeted by our salesman, Eddie Gawli, who made our entire experience a pleasure and without the "usual" pressured sales pitch. If we rated our salesman it would be a 10. From Eddie, we also had the pleasure of finalizing our agreement with Scott, the Sales Manager, who was very calm, direct, and made our decision easy as he covered all the bases and was as upfront with us as anyone could be. The rating for Scott, also a 10... Then we had to finalize our experience with finance and Joe also made this portion of our experience pleasurable and easy. Joe, not to be left out also rates a 10. To end our review, we went from nightmare to a very warm, personable experience at Gartner and would definitely return or refer to this dealer ship and the people who work there.

OMGoodness what can I say... my experience with Mr. Eddie Gawli was the best!  My husband and I love our new vehicle and will highly recommend Mr. Eddie Gawli to all of our family friends and fans. Thanks Eddie for all your help!

This is my first time purchasing a Hyundai and I am very pleased with my 2011 Sonata Limited.  The experience with Gartner and my salesperson was excellent.  I look forward to a long relationship with them.

6 STAR SUPER EXCELLNT RATING TO EDDIE ELGAWLI...PERIOD.

I was actually walking out of the dealership not statisfied with the initial sales support and I accidentally met Eddie in the parking lot and I started talking to him. In the conversation that ensued, he looked very genuine to help me find my Hyundai Elantra at a great price. I compliment the purchase of 2010 Hyundai Elantra GLS entirely to Eddie, who made me an offer that I could not refuse. That was the very best offer in the market  compared to Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla. Further to that, Eddia also arranged for ordering the Floor Mats and ensuring that I got it with in a week. I would give him a 6 STAR rating and I would recommend Eddie to my friends and family for their new car(s).

We are thankful that our salesman, Eddie, was patient with us; along with the manager, Nelson Shimon.  Mixed emotions were involved for awhile, but with everyones concern everything turned out great.  These people are a plus to your dealership.

We had visited a lot of dealerships but, Eddy and Scott convinced us about our purchase and I would certainly recommend this dealership to my family and friends. I wished that the Floor Mats could have been provided. I found out only after I signed all the documents.

I have never leased a car before, and was not quite sure exactly what to expect. Eddie walked us through the entire process and was very helpful.

Eddie was a wonderful salesman.  He was helpful and knowledgable about the car.  We would purchase anothe car from him again.  Jason was also very helpful and easy to deal with. 

I was extremely happy and very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and knowledge of vehicle Eddie presented.  Also, he was able to answer all my questions completely. 

Was very happy with our experience at Gartner.  Eddie was very knowledgable of the vehicle we purchased.  He was not pushy and took care of every need.  Also dealing with Jason in finance was a great time.  They both made buying a car a great time.

Eddie made the car buying experience very painless.  He went out of his way to make sure I had sufficient time to test drive the Sonata that I eventually purchased (I took it home and drove it for a day).  There was no sales pressure from anyone at Gartner, which is such a refreshing change from other dealerships.  

Pleasantly suprised by the Hyundai Elantra Touring!

My husband and I are repeat costumers to Gartner. We bought our very first car together last year! It was a very pleasant experience, and we always recommend that our friends and family go to Gartner and ask for Eddie! When we were in need of another car, we didn't even hesitate to come to Gartner first. Eddie helped us to find something we could afford without the usual hassle that most people encounter at a car dealership. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and someone we will always come to if we ever need another car! If you are looking to have a stress free shopping trip come to Gartner and ask for Eddie!

This was a great car buying experiance for us.  We really enjoyed the process.  Eddie was very upfront with all the details and explained all the things very patiently.  Overall a perfect 10.

When we walked into the showroom Eddie made us feel very comfortable and asked some very good questions in determining which vehicle's might be best for my wife.  We had targeted several vehicles to look at and had visited two of the four dealers to that point and both were the bad car buying experiences type.

Talk about patient, Eddie put up with us as we were all over the place in what we wanted and at what price.  New/used, didn't matter he handled it all calmly and professionally.  He knew his stuff and guided us through the process.  We soon realized Hyundai had what we were looking for and coupled with how Eddie had handled the situation we ruled out visiting the 4th dealer.

When we finally settled on two vehicles, the final negociations could not have been smoother.  We truly believe he worked on our behalf with the Sale Manager (Mark, who was great too) for the best deal. We left feeling everyone won.

One last point, need to upgrade Jason's computer. Way to slow in finalizing the paperwork.  Good thing he was a nice guy. Otherwise, would have been the worst part of the buying experience.

Eddie was great to work with! I was comfortable with the business approach and we came to an agreement quickly. I appreciate the quick response and no haggling about the price.
