I recenly leased a new Hyundai Accent from your Aurora Agency.   Mr. Richard Ghraham, your sa;es execitove, was so kind and patient with me.  He demonstrated the Sonata,the Elantra and then I drove the Accent.  I am 4 ft. 11 and I felt the Accent was made for me.   After I made my decision to buy and all the paper work  was finished, he got in the car with me and explained all the functions of the equipment.

Since I drove in with a 14 year old American made car, I certainly needed some help in figuring out all of the new devices on this much improved auto. He was a tremendous help!

I would highly recommend Hyundai, Mr. Grayham, and Gartner to anyone who is seeking to buy a quality new car from a very helpful, courteous dealership.

My parents and I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata. Richard was an excellent salesman. He took the time to explain everything and to answer our questions. He was very patient with us and provided excellent service--he was very helpful. I am very happy with my vehicle and Gartner Hyundai. I will definitely return to purchase my next vehicle :)

I just took ownership of a 2011 Santa Fe. The sales process was a perfect fit for me. I work downtown and get home late. We knocked out the deal over the phone and email. Richard was knowledgeabl and patient. Brian was also flexible and responsive.

I have to say that our experiece at Gartner Hyundai was great. Richard greeted us as we walked into the showroom. I had very little knowledge regarding Hyundai and Richard was very patient with my wife and me as he answered all of our questions about the line-up. We were interested in a certified pre-owned car for my wife and she wanted to make sure that everything was what she wanted. For all the time we spent at the dealership, there was no hard pressure for us to make up our minds. We appreciated all the time that Richard spent with us. We ended up with a 2010 Sonata with which we are thrilled.

Buying a new car puts fear in the minds of most customers, including me.  However my recent experience with Gartner Hynudai was just the opposite.  Dick Graham took a great deal of time to show me the different cars available.  He was knowledgible and helpful.  He did not pressure me in any way which is important to me because a pressure style salesman will make me walk away in a heartbeat.  Even after the sale when I returned for a few visits to take care of some minor details he continued to take the time and the effort to make sure I got what I needed, which I felt was impressive because many salesmen forget the customer once the deal is done.  I would buy from Gartner again and would recommend them to my friends and family.  And I almost forgot to mention, the price they gave me was great!

I had two SAAB's and the second one I bought at Gartner and I have always been very happy with all of the service that I have received over the years. When I decided to purchase a new car, Gartner was my first choice to begin looking for a new car. I made the switch to a 2010 Hyundai Sonota and I love it. Dick Graham was very patient as we looked at several different Sonota's and then of course went back to the first one that we looked at.

Dick and everyone at Gartner made this a very pleasurable buying experience for me.

I am really excited and to have received this car as a "Christmas Miracle"...It was a gift from an unknown person...I will call that person an Angel.

I leased a new car this past Saturday and had a very pleasant experience!  Dick was great - so nice and helpful.  I will say that the whole process took longer than I thought it might but other than that - it was a great place to do business with!

I have looked at cars for over a year. So, I have seen lots of different dealers and have had many encounters with sales departments. I have got to say, from the moment I walked into Gartner Hyundai, I felt as if I have known them for years. I received a warm welcome and felt no pressure at all. Dick treated me as if I was his own daughter. He took the time to explain everything and answered all questions I had. He understood that this was a huge purchase for me and wanted nothing more than for me to make the right choice. After being there for hours, I made my decision and left with a beautiful Santa Fe. Twice now we have been very happy with the cars we purchased from Gartner Hyundai in Aurora. Dick Graham is an excellent salesperson, from start to finish.

After a lot of internet work and reading vehicle reviews I decided on the Vera Cruz Dick Graham was very professional and easy to deal with. The price was what it needed to be and it took a few times back to Gartner before I made my mind up. I never felt any pressure from Mr. Graham to purchase any vehicle and he seemed very sincere even when he was unsure of even making a sale.

If your looking to buy a used car look no further. Gartner Hyundai has the best prices and selection. I know I looked for two months before realizing no one could match quality of car or price. Our salesman Dick Graham was honest and straight forward he didn't pressure us in any way. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I would recommend Dick Graham and Gartner Hyundai to everyone.

Just bought a new 2011 Sonata. Went shopping at a few places and was told to get my best deal and Gartner would beat it. Got a fantastic deal and had a great, low pressure buying experience. This is the 2nd car I've bought at Gartner for a reason.

We recently had the great pleasure of working with Dick to buy our family's first brand new car.  We had started at another Hyundai dealership who had some problems, luckily Dick stepped in and saved the day.  He made buying the car as enjoyable as it should be.
