The Buying Experience Could Not Have Been Better For This First Time Gartner Customer

I just took delivery of a new Sonata.  This is my first purchase from Gartner.  The buying experience could not have been better.  Dell did a great job for me.  I received a very good trade-in price  along with an extremely good price on the new Sonata.  Dell delivered on everything he told me.  I am a very satisfied customer.

Aurora IL Customer Purchases Two Hyundais From Gartner Hyundai In One Week!

Our experience at Gartner Hyundai Saab was great!  Dell Kegley is a fantastic salesperson, very thorough and knowledgeable.  Scott in finance was very pleasant to work with, very efficient and informative.  Bryan the manager of sales was also very helpful, attentative and helpful in working with Dell with our purchase.  In fact, we were so pleased with our experience of the purchase of a 2011 Sante Fe on 3/5/2011, we returned on 3/9/2011 and purchased another one!  This is not our first purchase with Gartner.  Keep up the good work.  It was truly an enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing experience, not hurried, rushed or pressured in any way!   If anyone is in the market for a new Hyundai of any model or style, be sure to look up Dell Kegley......you won't be disappointed!

I had been shopping around for a few days by the time I got to Gartner Hyundai (including a competing Hyundai dealer) and had become frustrated. I hate shopping for cars. It is a source of eternal frustration, hence why I hold on to cars for so long (my truck, which just died, was with me for 13.5 years/155,000 miles).

But I knew that I liked Hyundai Sonatas so I was willing to give it another shot with a new dealer. Dell happened across us and helped us out and was fantastic. He made the whole process much more agreeable and I'm pretty sure the experience has sold my dad on buying a Hyundai of his own from Gartner once he retires in the very near future. My wife wants one, too, once the time comes.

I think it's safe to say that Gartner has left a very positive impression upon my family. Nicely done.

Oh, and beyond the sales experience, Jason in financing was great to work with as well. Credit where credit's due, right?

2011 Tucson Customer Will Recommend Dell and Gartner Hyundai

My wife and I delivery of a 2011 Tucson yesterday and walked away very pleased with our buying experience.  Dell was a very knowledgeable and patient salesperson that helped us every step of the way.  We were looking for a very specific combination of features and colors and Dell worked hard to find it for us, keeping us informed throughout the entire process.  We are very happy to have purchased our car from Gartner Hyundai and will recommend them, and Dell, to all our family and friends.

After comparing the 2011 Hyundai Sonata with the 2011 Honda Accord I decided to go with the Sonata. I really liked the new styling and the value for my money. Our salesperson (Dell Keggley) was very easy to deal with and worked hard to find the specific Sonata that we wanted. I have purchased several Hyundai's from Gartner and continue to be be impressed with their service and "can do" attitude. Keep up the good work.
