Dave was top notch! He took great care to make sure we were confident in our purchase, and really treated us wonderfully! He was very friendly, polite, and not at all pushy.

Excellent treatment - we came about 8:45 & Dave took plenty of time, gave us all the time we needed to evaluate & drive the car, ran a CarFax, etc. . .

My wife had a bad experience with a salesman here recently, but Mike M turned it around. We wouldn't have come back if it weren't for Mike. Dave was also excellent and very helpful. Overall, we are very pleased.

We had an excellent experience with our salesperson, Dave.  Since we bought a used car, and since the car was an online deal, we were not able to negotiate any money off the online sale price.  The good thing, though, was that we could not find any model of the same year with comparable mileage anywhere in the Chicagoland areas near the price we paid out the door.  Everything comparable had a $2000-$3000 higher asking price.  We felt as though we were slightly lowballed on the price of our trade-in.  Dave was great to work with--very accomodating and easy-going.  Absolutely no high pressure sales tactics.  We would definitely shop here agin.

Gartner has always given me excellent service.  I have purchased other cars from Phil Lupo and his sales team.  This experience was as good if not better than before.  I was never rushed and I felt that any decision that was made was my own and not pressured.

The sales person (Dave Weisner) did an excellent job.  He was not only extremely professional but he was very knowledgeable in the product.  

All were extremely friendly and very helpful - from the sales manager to the sales person to the finance person.

Will continue to think Gartner for my car purchasing requirements in the future.

Dave Weisner Comes Through Again For Gartner Hyundai

Mr. Weisner was very courteous and professional.  While he was very attentive to our needs and wants, we did have to wait to finish signing the paperwork to complete the sale.  I wish that wait could have been eliminated.  I aslo wanted an amortization schedule so I could follow and possibly make additional payments to pay off the car quicker.  But there seemed to be some confusion over getting that to me. So in summery, I have no cmplaints about Mr. Weisner, but I wish some of the paperwork would he been quicker to complete.

I LEARNED THAT THE ORIGINAL CAR I WAS TO PURCHASE HAD THE FRONT WHEET DAMAGED BEFORE I CAME IN TO FINALIZE THE SALE.  THERE WAS ANOTHER CAR LIKE IT SO I PURCHASED THAT ONE INSTEAD.  HOWEVER, THE FRONT BUMPER WAS DAMAGED ON IT.  I ASKED PHIL AND DAVE TO FIX IT AND THEY AGREED. AS I WRITE THIS IT IS BEING PUT INTO SERVICE FOR REPAIR.  I CAN'T COMMENT YET ON THE WORK, BUT WILL BE HAPPY TO GIVE ANOTHER EVALUATION AFTER THE WORK IS COMPLETED.
