Then we saw the add on the internet about the Sonatas for the price of a used car, that we were looking at for about the same price.We went to Gartner and when we came in Dave greeted us and was really nice.He wasn,t pushy and we tried 3 or 4 Sonatas before we decided to buy the car that we liked.Also Mike in finance helped us get the loan we were looking for.I will tell people about my experience we had at Gartner.I,ll be in soon for my free car wash! I came to Gartner looking to purchase a new Saab, with a tight budget in mind. I was greeted by Dave and Jenny, who went out of their way to find the color and style of the new Saab I had in mind. Having already owned a SAAB. I was particular about exactly what I wanted within a certain budget. While the perfect car doesn't exist,, Dave and Jenny found me exactly what I was looking for. The process of buying a car can be intimidating, but Dave and Jenny were extremely cooperative and professional!!

Dave greeted us at the door. We purhased a Santa Fe after comparing comfort and accessories with the Tucson. This is our first Hyundai purchase and the improved ratings of this make along with the value for the price were major factors in the decision to buy today. There was no high pressure and our salesman has a thorough understanding of his company's products as well as the competition.

Everything was smooth.  Buying cars is a pain in the rear end most of the time, but this was really easy.  Dave even took us on a tour of the place...explained how the service department worked and before we left with our new Sonata, he even sat in the car with us and explained how everything worked.  I have honestly never had that done for me before.  VERY nice touch.  Top notch!

I purchased a 2007 Toyota Rav4 with 36,600 miles. I dealt with several members of the dealer's staff and was treated with respect, professionalism, and kindness by all concerned. I was not pressured in any way by the salesman, who was very personable, knowledgable, and informative, and I was given ample time and consideration in making my decision. I felt that I could trust those that dealt with me about the price and quality of the used car I was purchasing and working with the finance manager was a pleasure (not usually the case). He made the whole process of purchase, financing, transfering, and closing the deal painless. The environment was relaxed and friendly and I was treated with the same attentiveness as I believe I would have gotten if I bought a new Hundai. I would thank all those that treated me so well.  

My only complaints are that the car was not cleaned inside very well and I did not notice that there was/is a significant dent on the passenger side/rear on my car that no one pointed out to me. Since I bought the car used (as is), if I want it fixed, it will cost me a great deal of money for the repair (equal to or more than the savings I got on the vehicle).

The car is clearly an upgrade from my 1997 Toyota Rav4, which I also bought from Gartner and drove for over 10 years, and I am very happy with it. Thank you.

However, I am sorry to hear that the vehicle was not cleaned to meet your expectations.  Please feel free to call your salesman or any one of my managers, and we will wash your car inside and out, to hopefully make ammends.  As for the dent, pre-owned cars can come with some minor imperfections, but please, let us take a look at it, and maybe we can work something out that will rectify that situation as well.

We had visited two other dealerships before coming to Gartner.  The other salesman were unwilling to help us figure out the best deal available.  We came in to Gartner knowing what I wanted on a very busy evening.  Our salesperson, Dave Drewniak, had three other customers he was working with when we arrived.  Dave and Joe Martin took the time to make sure we got what we needed and at the most reasonable price.  Thanks for all of your help.  We had nothing but a positive experience.  They both did an above and beyond job.  It was not the closest dealership but the service made up for the distance by far.

I contacted your dealership and was told you were still participating in the the program. I stopped in, found the Sonata I wanted and a had a most enjoyable experience with Dave.
