Lemont Couple Will Definitely Recommend Gartner Hyundai and Bob Walker

After researching many cars online, we knew we wanted to purchase a Hyundai Tuscon GLS AWD, not easy to find.  While searching, I was contacted by many Hyundai dealers, but was most impressed by Gartner. I wanted to test drive one, so while out stopped at Gartner Hyundai in Aurora. Bob Walker was the first salesperson to introduce himself. We went for a drive, and my daughter and I loved it. I knew they didn't have the color I wanted in stock, graphite gray, but Bob found out they would be getting one in 10-14 days. He told me I could hold it for $100, so I would have time to get out to see it before someone bought it out from under me! We worked out a price and he said he'd call when it came in. True to his word, Bob called seven days later and said they were taking it off the truck. My husband, who hates the car buying process, went out to take a look at it. We both loved it! Bob went over all the features with then started the paper work. We figured we'd be in and out quickly since a price was already agreed upon. Well we ended up waiting quite a while because of a back up with the finance department. While waiting, Bob took us back out to the car and went over a few more things and synced my phone with the Bluetooth.  That was nice. We finally got in and Jennifer did all the paper work. We loved that they offer and explain all options, but not with a hard sell. We were very happy with our experience at Gartner and with Bob and would definitely recommend both to anyone interested in purchasing a Hyundai! My husband would even go again!

On the day I was to pick up my car, Bob was extremely friendly and helpful.  He even stayed after closing nearly an hour to ensure my lease was finalized.  He took a lot of time out of his day to dedicate to me and that is what I have now come to realize is the Gartner Hyundai standard.  Every employee I encountered seems to go the extra mile and Bob was the definition of it.  He made my father and I feel welcome from the moment we walked in the door. You can trust that Bob will answer all of your questions and concerns and trust he will assist you in the furture.  He is another reason I will continue to buy Hyundai's from Gartner..

West Chicago Customer Will Recommend Gartner Hyundai and The 2012 Hyundai Elantra

I originally went to the Hyundai in Elgin to look for a car. I will never go back! The salesperson had the stereotypical used car salesman vibe to him. So, I decided to look elsewhere. I am so glad I found Gartner Hyundai! I called to see if there were any 2012 Elantras available, but there weren't any because demand is so high. So I spoke with Lindsey and she helped me find one that was coming in, with the color I wanted and with the preferred package! So I put a deposit on it over the phone and was waiting for it to come in. I only had to wait 2 weeks! Unfortunetly, Bob, my salesperson, was out of town when it came in, so Ron Parilla helped me when the car came in. Ron is fantastic. He is very easy to talk to and made the whole car buying experince a very happy one. I've spoken with Bob a few times, and he is just as fantastic. Very nice and knowledgable as well. I will recommend Gartner Hyundai and the 2012 Elantra to anybody!

Happy Hyundai Sonata Owner From Montgomery IL Shares His Experience At Gartner Hyundai

Stopped in late evening to check out a Sonata and was greeted by my salesman Bob Walker. Bob was very informative, pleasant to talk with and very low pressure. it got to be 9 PM and I was very interested in the Sonata but didn't want to move forward without a test ride and said I would be back the next evening. Thats when I was asked if I would like an extended test ride by taking the car home and bringing it back the following evening. I declined to take the car home but did come back the following evening and made the car deal with Bob. The pleasant process continued in financing will Bill Gage.

Both The Hyundai Veracruz and Gartner Hyundai Are Winners According To This Montgomery IL Couple

This is our third purchase a Gartner. My wife and I have been to a lot of dealerships and have seen lots of tactics over the years, but my wife ended up getting her last 2 Hyundai vehicles new at Garner and I had strayed and stuck to my old habits picking up used vehicles from other dealers.

We were not really prepared to have to find another vehicle for me so soon after I had purchased one from another dealer in the area, but the situation called for it rather abruptly and she talked me into taking a ride to Gartner pointing out that the two cars she had were never in the shop for anything other than routine care and I agreed she may be right this time, and I need to change my old ways as they have not done right by me lately. 

So we walk in and Bob was really good to us. There was no pressure in upgrading, downgrading, new or used. He answered all of our questions and treated us well (and so did the others we experienced the previous two times) but Bob was cool.

We asked for a specific vehicle and asked if there was a used one available. Without a hitch Bob took out his trusty stock sheet, flipped a page, and there it was, the only one there. So then we walked out to see our newest addition, a 2009 Veracruz with features galore and a price you just couldn't pass up. Of course it's what my wife wanted almost 2 years ago when we got her new Santa Fe in 09, but this one was going to be mine this time (still used) but Bob and Jason did me proud. In a sense, I took home that night a used (but for all intents and purposes... NEW) 09 Veracruz and have absolutely no regrets.

Hyundai makes a great product, and Gartner delivers a great dealership that sells that product. From my years of experience, the entire dealership is a very great experience from first time purchase, sales staff, service department, to trade in the old and purchase the next. This dealership alone sets the bar for all others to model after.

As long as Hyundai makes a great product and Gartner keeps selling it and only gets better and more innovative in setting dealership standards or others to follow, we'll more than likely be back for #4. But we apologize in advance, it may be a few years before we're ready to bring you our old Hyundai's and get new ones.  Just keep in mind that my wfe has been loyal to Gartner and Hyundai, and I'm now a convert.

The Veracruz is a beautiful vehicle I hope Hyundai can only improve upon and keep in its lineup for many years to come. 7 passengers, XUV's, crossovers, whatever class you want to put it in, it's a winner, and so is the Gartner dealership.
