I looked at multiple dealerships for my new hyundai and Gartner was simply the best. Ahmad was excellent and provided great service for my experience. Very quick call backs, very friendly, no pressure and most importantly they got me the price I wanted and had the car in the time that I needed. We just bought our second car from Gartner--the first a Saab and now a Hyundai.  We worked with Ahmad Aburas, the internet salesman, and it was a great experience.  He was extremely responsive, did everything he could to allow us to test drive the cars we were interested in, and made the process as quick as possible for us.  He was friendly and helpful and very low pressure, which was great--that is what I like in a car salesman.  The financing was completed quickly--they pre-approved us over the internet and the paperwork was quick.  We've had great experiences with Gartner and hope to continue to do so!

My Son and I had an excelllent experience at Gartner Hyundai on Feb. 12, 2011.  My son  visited with me to purchase a comfortable car for me. The salesman Ahmad Aburas Greeted us, and when we said we wanted to look around and I [being 79 yrs.] wanted to first feel if the entry and seating was comfortale for me. Ahmad directed us to the area of cars, that would be best for me.  He didn't try to influence us by leaving us to try out the seating by ourself.  I liked the Solara. Ahmad let me test drive one, and I felt the car was what I liked. So, from then the nagotiations went smoothly.  I am very happy with the purchase. Ahmad started giving me great customer service as soon as I posted a request online for a quote. He called me and made me an offer for a brand new 2011 Elantra that definitely caught my attention. I commented with other dealers who were also quoting me, and they said that Ahmad's offer was unreal. We showed up and he kept his offer to the last penny, and wrapped up the deal exactly as we told him we wanted it, which is unlikely to expect from other dealerships. He personally prepared our new car and gave my wife clear instructions about it. We love our car, it delivers what Hyunday tells you it would. Fuel efficiency is real, this car is only 5 mpg short of my Civic hybrid that we replaced. We love the design and so many features are standard. We are very satisfied.

After a very long search for the perfect vehicle, we decided that a Santa Fe would be "the one" and we contacted Gartner. Ahmad was our sales person and he did everything he could to find the correct vehicle for us. We had requested one that was not available locally and Ahmad and the entire Gartner group tried to find one within a reasonable distance. Unfortunately a 2010 could not be located but when a 2011 was available, Ahmad called, we saw it and bought it. We're very pleased with both the vehicle and the excellent service and attention we received. We had been recommended to Gartner by our son, and he was right! We will refer anybody asking to Gartner.

I am a single gal and entered the dealership uneasy and unsure. I knew I had to purchase a vehicle but had never gone about it before by myself. Amazing experience.  I've found my car guy for life!  Ahmad didn't play games... he just sold me a great car at a great price.  No back and forth with Management as you usually get at dealers... just a straight forward deal.  Exactly what I needed and more.  I simply can't say enough about Ahmad.  He always answered his cell and responded to all my needs even on his day off.  Thanks for everything... you have earned a customer for life.

AHAMAD WAS VERY HELPFUL AND ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS WE HAD, VERY FRIENDLY MADE THE BUYING A NEW CAR A VERY GOOD EXPERENCE FOR US.

After looking at six different SUV's and crossovers I thought I would just take a look at Hyundai and the Santa Fe.  I did not expect to be impressed, but surprisingly I found the Santa Fe to be and excellent fit for what I was looking for in an SUV.  The right size, right features, right price and the right mileage.  We found the car we wanted, and the color but there was a problem. 

The car we wanted could not be sold!  Long story but due to Corp Hyundai policies I had to wait until September to get the car.  Ahmad Aburas and his General Manager went above and beyond the call of duty to make things happen.  With out Ahmad going the extra mile, or two, I would have walked away from this deal.  Ahmad is extremely customer oriented and a true professional.  I have recommended Ahmad to several friends who are looking for new cars, and hope they get the same great service and deal as we did.
