Salesperson: Michael Miranda<br /></p><p>I had been&nbsp;to several dealerships looking to purchase a car for several days. It was at a Ford dealership that I first drove a Hyundai Sonata and really liked it. I decided to test drive new Sonatas and see what Gartner had to offer. I have always loved Gartner's radio commercials and was excited to learn of the dealership in Aurora near Fox Valley.&nbsp; I was so&nbsp;impressed with my salesperson, Michael Miranda, because he never, ever put down any car I spoke about while I was with him.&nbsp; I told him about my car shopping experiences and all the different cars I was considering and yet he never put any of the cars down.</p>
<p>I have told many friends about the wonderful people at Gartner's and it was a wonderful experience buying my car there. I actually am looking forward to bringing the car in for service and the "free" car washes!!!</p>

</p><p>I purchased my Azera new at Gartner in July 2007 and I have always been pleased with the follow up and service that I have received.</p>
<p>I wanted to comment as to what I consider Truly Exceptional service that I received today from your Service Advisor, Jeremy Kneip. He went out of his way to provide me with timely updates as to the service work being performed as I waited for my car. His friendliness was also noted by others in the waiting room.</p>
<p>I bought my car based upon the great warranty and reliability but it is your associates such as Jeremy that will bring me back to Gartner when I buy my next Hyundai.</p>

Salesperson: David Machala<br /></p><p>Enter your review here&nbsp; I took my 2003 Hyndai Sonata in because of a recall on the door handles.&nbsp; The chrome plating was coming off and they wanted to fix it.&nbsp; I had noticed that for several months, but didn't do anything about it since the car was 6 years old and doubted that they would fix such a minor thing.&nbsp; To my surprise when I received the recall notice (along with another recall for the undercarriage of the car) they fixed both problems.&nbsp; One one visit they said they couldn't replace the door handles because they ran out.&nbsp; I guess there were a lot of people having the same problem.&nbsp; So they fixed one thing, and then sent me a card thru the mail to come in and have the door handles fixed.&nbsp; The did a nice job and it only took about 1 1/2 hrs.&nbsp; I was a Buick owner in the past (had a Buick Century) and loved it, however since owning the Sonata I think I loke the Sonata better.&nbsp; The value is terrific!&nbsp;</p>]]></description>

I was able to get all of my questions answered quickly and clearly. Negotiating trade-in value and final price was handled carefully and fairly, with full disclosure of the wholesale value of my trade as determined by several sources. The&nbsp;SAAB was essentially perfect, except for a damaged windshield that was replaced for me. It was spotless inside and out, and could hardly be told from new. I am totally satisfied and happy with the SAAB, with the purchase process, and with Jordan and the others I briefly met at Gartner Buick-Hyundai-SAAB. I&nbsp;dealt with several members of the dealer's staff and was treated with respect, professionalism, and kindness by all concerned. I was not pressured in any way by the salesman, who was very personable, knowledgable, and informative, and I was given ample time and consideration&nbsp;in&nbsp;making my decision. I&nbsp;felt that I could trust those that dealt with me about the price and quality of the used car I was purchasing and working with the finance manager was a pleasure (not usually the case). He made the whole process of purchase, financing, transfering, and closing the deal painless. The environment was relaxed and friendly and I was treated with the same attentiveness as I believe I would have gotten if I bought a new Hundai. I would thank all those that treated me so well. &nbsp;</p>
<p>My only complaints are that the car was not cleaned inside very well and I did not notice&nbsp;that there was/is a significant dent on the passenger side/rear&nbsp;on my car&nbsp;that no one pointed out to me. Since I bought the car used (as is), if I want it fixed, it will cost me a great deal of money for the repair (equal to or more than the savings I got on the vehicle).</p>
<p>The car is clearly an upgrade from my 1997 Toyota Rav4, which I also bought from Gartner and drove for over 10 years,&nbsp;and I am very happy with it. Thank you.</p>

Salesperson: Jordan Kabranov<br /></p><p>I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from Gartner Hyundai this week, and my experience was a very good one. I was very happy that the staff did not pressure me like I was pressured at other dealers, the staff was very knowledgable, and they gave me a great price on the car without having to deal with haggling it down. I had stopped at a few Hyundai dealers the previous week who promised me "the best price" so I wanted to compare after receiving a price from Gartner Hyundai, just to be an informed shopper. Well the other places barely matched the price. So that made me feel good about my decision to buy the car at Gartner Hyundai. I was also deciding between a Toyota Camry and a Hyundai Sonata, and eventually I realized the Sonata was just a better value for me at the time. Not feeling pressured and having time to make a decision was a huge relief for me. The Toyota dealer was much higher pressure.</p>
<p>The process of actually buying the car is, as always when buying anything big, intimidating. I did think the staff did a good job making it as painless as possible. Of course, there's the last minute sales of warranties and such, because I'm sure that's where they make a good bulk of their commissions. I didn't particularly like having it sprung on me and having to make a quick decision, because it threw me off, but I feel like the staff was still respectful and were just doing part of their job, so I can't fault them for that. I think the service was still good though, and the only way I'd suggest an improvement is to eliminate any surprise last minute questions.</p>
<p>I hope my experiences with the Service Department will be as positive as the one I had with the Sales Department. Though hopefully I won't be back anytime soon and the car continues to run beautifully. I thought the entire staff was very matter of fact and helpful, two qualities I really liked.</p>

            <pr:userReview><![CDATA[<p>I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from Gartner Hyundai this week, and my experience was a very good one. I was very happy that the staff did not pressure me like I was pressured at other dealers, the staff was very knowledgable, and they gave me a great price on the car without having to deal with haggling it down. I had stopped at a few Hyundai dealers the previous week who promised me "the best price" so I wanted to compare after receiving a price from Gartner Hyundai, just to be an informed shopper. Well the other places barely matched the price. So that made me feel good about my decision to buy the car at Gartner Hyundai. I was also deciding between a Toyota Camry and a Hyundai Sonata, and eventually I realized the Sonata was just a better value for me at the time. Not feeling pressured and having time to make a decision was a huge relief for me. The Toyota dealer was much higher pressure.</p>
<p>The process of actually buying the car is, as always when buying anything big, intimidating. I did think the staff did a good job making it as painless as possible. Of course, there's the last minute sales of warranties and such, because I'm sure that's where they make a good bulk of their commissions. I had totaled my 2004 Buicl Lesabre Limited Celebration model and only had a few days to find another similar Auto. I had many discussions with Stefanie and Greg Rineheart about the auto,&nbsp; Two things in particular I questioned. Since there were over 50,000 miles on the Auto it would probably need brakes and tires. He agreed. I had to drive over 30 miles to your dealership. The car looked good, and we took a short test ride. I decided that the car rode OK on the roads we were on and purchased the auto. It did not take long to find out all the hidden flaws in the auto. Number&nbsp;1 I had to have the shocks replaced. number two, my mechanic showed me that the tires are worn beyond safe driving. The Instrument panel has lights that are not working. I cannot program the document Information center because the previous owner had a remote starter installed that only works sometimes and has no I dentification that The Buick Information center can Identify with.I priced having two new keys made and it will cost about 270.00 for heys , remotes and programming.I called the dealership Saturday and talked with Joe Martin, because I was told that all three of the salespersons that I dealt with were not available. On A Satyrday. I doubt that very much. ANyway Joe said he would talk to the service manager about the tires and call me Monday afternoon. Naturally I did not get that call. There is no doubt in my mind, if I had had a bit more time and the dealership was not so distant, I would never have purcahsed this Auto. I also do not expect to see this review posted.</p>

<p>Talk about patient, Eddie put up with us as we were all over the place in what we wanted and at what price.&nbsp; New/used, didn't matter he handled it all calmly and professionally.&nbsp; He knew his stuff and guided us through the process.&nbsp; We soon realized Hyundai had what we were looking for and coupled with how Eddie had handled the situation we ruled out visiting the 4th dealer.</p>
<p>When we finally settled on two vehicles, the final negociations could not have been smoother.&nbsp; We truly believe he worked&nbsp;on our&nbsp;behalf&nbsp;with the Sale Manager (Mark, who was great too) for the best deal. We left feeling everyone won.</p>
<p>One last&nbsp;point, need to upgrade&nbsp;Jason's computer. Way to slow in finalizing the paperwork.&nbsp; Good thing he was a nice guy. Otherwise, would have been the worst part of the buying experience.</p>

Salesperson: Jordan Kabranov<br /></p><p>I had been searching for a particular vehicle &amp; features for a while.&nbsp; I live in Ohio and was unable to find the vehicle here so while on a business trip to the Chicago area I took a chance to look around and found the car I wanted at Gartner.&nbsp; I worked with Jordan Kabranov.&nbsp; Having searched at numerous dealerships and working with many other sales persons I need to tell you that Jordan by far was the best salesperson out of all.&nbsp; He was honest from the start and established a solid rapport.&nbsp; He understood what I was looking for both in vehicle features and price.&nbsp; He was responsive and very helpful with the "extra" steps necessary for my purchase as an out of state purchase.&nbsp; Even though I would again need to drive the new vehicle from IL to OH I would purchase a car from Jordan &amp; Gartner in the future.&nbsp;Jordan even loaned me his vehicle to use while I waited a few hours&nbsp;for the application of a paint protector the day I took vehicle delivery.&nbsp;</p>
<p>I also need to point out that Diane Niehls was&nbsp;likewise very helpful.&nbsp; As the internet sales person she helped facilitate contact with me, answer questions, and gather information that I needed to complete the transaction.&nbsp; She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the process smooth and trouble free.&nbsp; As a busy person who needed to complete a lot of the communication via e-mail I was impressed by the willingness and ability of Diane &amp; Gartner to make that happen.&nbsp; Some dealerships I had attempted to work with wouldn't even respond via e-mail.&nbsp; I am glad your dealership is so flexible!</p>
