After researching many cars online, we knew we wanted to purchase a Hyundai Tuscon GLS AWD, not easy to find.  While searching, I was contacted by many Hyundai dealers, but was most impressed by Gartner. I wanted to test drive one, so while out stopped at Gartner Hyundai in Aurora. Bob Walker was the first salesperson to introduce himself. We went for a drive, and my daughter and I loved it. I knew they didn't have the color I wanted in stock, graphite gray, but Bob found out they would be getting one in 10-14 days. He told me I could hold it for $100, so I would have time to get out to see it before someone bought it out from under me! We worked out a price and he said he'd call when it came in. True to his word, Bob called seven days later and said they were taking it off the truck. My husband, who hates the car buying process, went out to take a look at it. We both loved it! Bob went over all the features with then started the paper work. We figured we'd be in and out quickly since a price was already agreed upon. Well we ended up waiting quite a while because of a back up with the finance department. While waiting, Bob took us back out to the car and went over a few more things and synced my phone with the Bluetooth.  That was nice. We finally got in and Jennifer did all the paper work. We loved that they offer and explain all options, but not with a hard sell. We were very happy with our experience at Gartner and with Bob and would definitely recommend both to anyone interested in purchasing a Hyundai! My husband would even go again!

I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe at Gartner.  As a first-time car buyer, I did my research and had my financing lined up before test driving the two vehicles that interested me most.  Jim Christopherson, the salesperson assigned to me at Gartner, was very knowledgable about the vehicle and did a great job of answering all my questions, without making me feeled pressured, which I appreciated.  Even though I had shopped for financing and found a pretty good rate for a first-time buyer without much of a credit history, the finance guy was able to get my Santa Fe financed at almost a full percentage point less than what I was able to find on my own.  I'm very pleased with my Santa Fe and with Gartner and would highly recommend them to everyone!

Hyundai Elantra Customer Has a Good Experience at Gartner Hyundai Saab

I recently stopped in to look at a 2012 Elantra. I arrived shortly after Gartner opened on a Monday morning. Upon walking in the door, Boris greeted me, and took me outside to look at the Elantras that had just been pulled off the truck. Seconds later I was out testing driving it. Boris did a great job of showing me all the features inside and outside of the car and answered all of my questions.  He was friendly and after I decided to purchase the vehicle, Boris told me I could call him on his cellphone if I had any questions or problems. He is not one of those high pressure sales guys and I was really happy with how the sale went.


My only complaint, which I can't blame on Boris at all, is the fact that it took forever to actually sit down and do the paper work with the finance guy. It didn't seem too busy, and I felt like people that were walking in after me we getting bumped in front of me. I was really hoping to get there early, test drive, purchase, and be out quickly, but I spent most of the day sitting at a table with the manual for my new car. Boris was very apologetic, kept asking if I needed anything, and even had my car pulled up front so I could check it out while I waited.


I would defiantly buy a car from Boris and Gartner again and would also recommend them to my family and friends!

No Pressure - Best Car Buying Experience in 63 Years at Gartner Hyundai

I would like to thank both Eddie and Jim the finance officer at Gartner for the most enjoyable car buying experience I have had in my 63 years. Eddie educated me about the product, gave me all the information about valuable options, and than sat back and allowed me to make my own decisions. No high presure, never felt patronized, and always respected. After offering me what I considered a very fair price for my Hyundai Santa Fe he offered me  additional money saving interest on factory financing. As I sat waiting for my paperwork to be completed I saw Ed outside with a wrench , sweating in an effort to remove the rusted bolts from my license plates so he could install them on my new vehicle. I said Ed get one of the youngsters fron service to do that. His answer, when I start with a customer I handle every thing begining to end myself, I was impressed. I also would like to express my gratetude to Jim the finance officer, for presenting me with the information that allowed me to decide to enjoy a 100,000/10yr bumper to bumper warrentee, for less in a month than I spend on pizza in a week, again no pressure he provided me with the info and I made my own decision. I realize these are not the kind of things one is used to hearing about a car dealership, but  believe me I will be back to take advantage of their service dept. and eventialy to purchase another car. Give them a try I think you'll be glad you did.
