I was pleasantly surprised with the professional way Miles treated us when we went in to "Just Look" at new Hyundais.  He did not pressure us but just made himself available when we needed answers.  He gained our trust almost immediatly and we ended up buying that day rather than checking out other dealers.

I will recommend Gartner Hyundai and especially Miles to anyone looking for a new car.
