All around great sales approach Mike had.  Not too much, but just enough.  In October, I test drove a Nissan Rouge and a Hyundai Tuscon.  I did not know which one I liked better.  Last week I went to Gerald Nissan in Naperville and the salesman there was rude and I left.  I walked into Gartner Hyundai 30 minutes later and decided that I wanted to spend my money here.  Mike Miranda is an asset to your company!  Patricia S.
