I have looked at cars for over a year. So, I have seen lots of different dealers and have had many encounters with sales departments. I have got to say, from the moment I walked into Gartner Hyundai, I felt as if I have known them for years. I received a warm welcome and felt no pressure at all. Dick treated me as if I was his own daughter. He took the time to explain everything and answered all questions I had. He understood that this was a huge purchase for me and wanted nothing more than for me to make the right choice. After being there for hours, I made my decision and left with a beautiful Santa Fe.
