High Quality Service at Gartner Hyundai

Dear Mr. Gartner,

I have enclosed a lettter I wrote to Pugi Hyundai.  As my letter to Mr. Pugliani implies, I am a firm believer that it is my job, as a consumer, to inform the businesses of whom I cater the level of their service.

We have always made a point to thank your staff when work has been completed, but we have been remiss, we have failed to tell you, personally, of the quality of service that we have come to expect.

The high quality of your service was never so apparent until I had the occasion to stop in at Pugi Hyundai.

Incidentally, we appreciate the added service of a free car wash!

I truly appreciate the time you took to make me aware of how well my service department is doing!  However, I am sorry to hear of your unfortunate experience at your local dealer.
