This is the first time I have purchased a new vehicle and I was not quite sure how the process went.  It was a bit overwhelming but Mike was very helpful and patient and answered all of my questions with professionalism. 

I chose Gartner because both of my parents and sister have purchased cars from there and have been very satisified with both the service and the vehicles.  I knew I would be treated fairly and get a great car at the same time. 

I love my Tucson and would definitely go back to Gartner when I am in need of another vehicle.  Thank you to everyone who helped me through this process!!!!!   I appreciate it.
