Mike was a fantastic rep for Gartner.  He worked with me diligently over a period of at least a week via phone, email and in person to educate me about the advantages of Gartner and the quality of the Hyundai Santa Fe vehicle.  His support, patience and knowledge helped me finally to select the Santa Fe that I would be happy and excited about.  Even after my purchase Mike has contacted me several times to make sure the vehicle was what I expected, to see if I needed any assistance in operating the vehicle and offered his and Gartners help if needed.  I would definitely recommend Gartner and Mike to anyone looking for a Hyundai product.  His support and the Gartner reputation helped me decide to stay locally in the Naperville area for my dealer.  Thanks to Mike and Gartner for their assistance, knowledge and support.
