Gartner Hyundai Provided A Painless Experience For This Customer

After a very disappointing visit to another Hyundai dealer based on the recommendation of a family member, we ended up at Gartner.  Eddie met us at the door and had remembered my husband who was in a few days earlier to ask a few questions.  He made the entire process so painless and definitely made us feel like he was working for us. The 2011 Sonata we chose was not in stock, but Eddie promised it waould be there by the next day.  Even with the shortage of that specific car, the team made it happen and we were able to drive our Sonata home.
