Went in to buy a car for our son.  Ken was very professional and courteous.  We never felt overly pressured and he was very informative and answered all of our questions.  What was nice was that if Ken did not know the answer to something, he took the time and effort to find out.  This is refreshing as many times, sales people are know it alls.  We have been in sales for years and know that it takes a certain something to get people to do what we, as sales people, want them to do.  While he did do some of this, it was subtle and perfectly right.  The car has been all that was advertised to us and we are very pleased, so far, with our first Hyundai.  We have already recommended you and fully intend to begin a relationship.
