Dave Weisner Comes Through Again For Gartner Hyundai

Mr. Weisner was very courteous and professional.  While he was very attentive to our needs and wants, we did have to wait to finish signing the paperwork to complete the sale.  I wish that wait could have been eliminated.  I aslo wanted an amortization schedule so I could follow and possibly make additional payments to pay off the car quicker.  But there seemed to be some confusion over getting that to me. So in summery, I have no cmplaints about Mr. Weisner, but I wish some of the paperwork would he been quicker to complete.

Although, I am happy to hear that Dave Weisner took care of your car buying needs, I do apologize for the paperwork taking a little longer than expected.  Unfortunately, for the customers, such as yourself, but fortunately for us, we do experience higher traffic volumes at times.  Therefore, creating a little back-up in the finance department.

So, I do apologize about the wait.  If there is anything you feel that we can do to rectify your concern so that you can give us 5 stars, instead of 4, just let us know.  We are more than happy to help in any way we can.  Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction!
