My wife and I enjoyed working with Miles on the purchase of our 2011 Sonata GLS. While he always maintained a level of professionalism we felt like we were buying from a friend. His attentiveness and humor made us feel at ease and made what can sometimes be a stressful situation into a pleasant one. We never felt pressured and we appreciate his openess and honesty and the values that he displays.

If Gartner had a "Sales Person of the Year" award I would vote for Miles. If you're wanting to buy a car, ask for Miles.
