Competitive prices at Gartner Service

I used to go to Jiffy Lube because I thought it was cheaper. Then I had a bad experience there and came back to Gartner for help.  You guys fixed the problem and made sure I didn't have to pay for it.    I can trust your people and it ends up you are priced really competitively.  I will not make the mistake of going somewhere else to service my Saab again.
