The Service Department At Gartner Hyundai Saab is Great!
The Gartner Service Department has always been truly exceptional. Fifteen years ago I could get parts and oil after 6pm, but service is still great!

hate to give four reviews but I had to take my car in twice to finally fix the problem. The first time I called to repair a gear shifting issue while driving that my husband noticed and said to take it in. The staff saw no problems under inspection and reprogrammed the computer anyway to see if that may solve the issue we were experiencing. About a month later my husband and I noticed that when we started the car the RPMs would fluctuate up and down between 800 - 2000rpms every few seconds. What finally made me call in for service was when I was at a stop light and when the light turned green I took my foot off of the break my car suddenly lurched forward almost hitting the car in front of me. The RPMs shot up to 1500 as if I stepped on the gas peddle but I was still in idle. The service department finally diagnosed my car-something about a sensor that had to be replaced. Overall my experience with this dealership has been great. For being a new car owner (always owned and drove a '71 cutlass and '72 skylark-not very economical cars) I am very happy to own a Hyundai from the Aurora dealership and saving alot of money on gas nowadays.
