Amazing Service from Jacque at the Gartner Hyundai Service Department
Amazing service!!!!!! She (Jacque) is the only person I like to deal with in the service department. She always gets me in, does what she can to help, doesn't try to screw you over, very honest, proffesional, friendly and goes that extra mile for her customers. She will make sure you are taken care of the whole time! Not to mention she has an amazing smile to go with her amazing personality!!

Linda From Aurora Says Gartner Service is Top Notch! And, Gave Gartner A Few Suggestions.
The service at Gartner is top notch. I've only had 1 time that I felt the service rep was overlypushy with "recommended" additional repairs that I ended up eventually doing. My only negative comment that I have to make is you must be very patient and diligent when you try to call and make a service appointment after 5pm. On several occasions, you never talk to a live person. It rings several times and then goes to an operator who puts you back to the same extension which rings and rings and bounces back to the operator. On several occasions, I have given up. If the service department lists that they are open until 6pm, there should be someone manning the phones until that time. When I called to make my last appointment, again after 5pm, I was bounced back to the operator 3 times. On the third time I asked if anybody was in the service department. She connected me to one of the service reps who then transferred me to the "coordinator" whose phone rang several times and then went into voicemail again. This dealership must be losing a lot of service opportunities from people just giving up.

Michael was very helpful and dedicated to helping us find the right car with the right features we were looking for. He was a very honest and down to earth. We traded in and he worked to get us the deal that we were satisfied with. Once I received the car he helped me to set up the features and explained to me how to operate them. I would recommend him as a sales person. The other people who helped us complete the sale of our car were also very nice and friendly.

I purchased my Azera new at Gartner in July 2007 and I have always been pleased with the follow up and service that I have received.
I wanted to comment as to what I consider Truly Exceptional service that I received today from your Service Advisor, Jeremy Kneip. He went out of his way to provide me with timely updates as to the service work being performed as I waited for my car. His friendliness was also noted by others in the waiting room.
I bought my car based upon the great warranty and reliability but it is your associates such as Jeremy that will bring me back to Gartner when I buy my next Hyundai.
