Braidwood Hyundai buyer is pleased with Jordan and gartner Hyundai

  Jordan was very helpful. He even shortened his lunch hour to meet me when I purchased my Sonata. I'm enjoying the second new car I've purchased from Gartner. My only disappointment was that the "net" in the trunk was not included in the car. The car I test drove had it and I assumed this one did as well. I wouldn't pay extra for it. I did go to the Joliet Hyundai dealer and did not get the service nor the cooperation that I received from Gartner.

Thank you for taking the time to write this very nice review!  I'm very happy to hear that Jordan was helpful and made your buying exerpience a positive one.

However, I am sorry to hear about the confusion with the Cargo Net. Please, give one of my Sales Mgr's a call (either Jennifer Paine or Brian Allen), and I'll make sure they help with the cargo net situation.  It's the least we can do for a repeat customer such as yourself.
