My experience at Gartner was top-notch, largely due to excellent salesman Jim Christopherson.  I had been to quite a few dealerships already and Jim really stood out for adapting to my specific needs and providing quality and unbiased information (such as Consumer Digest ratings) to help me make a good decision without any pressure.
