A Wonderful Review of Miles Misek and Gartner Hyundai by Jason From Plano IL

This is my experience at Gartner Hyundai Dealership.  First, I'm the guy that buys a brand new car and will drive it till it stops working.  So the last time I bought a new car was over ten years ago.  This past Wednesday I had my wife call Gartner to see if they were open since it was kind of rainy.  They informed her they were open till 9pm.  I was dreading going to look for cars just because of how sales people are.  When we arrived we started looking at the Elantra's because consumer reports ranks them number one.  As we were looking I saw a sales person coming to greet us.  I took a deep breath and said to my wife "here we go!"  That sales person was Miles Misek.  His approach made my experience in buying cars so much better.  I loved the Elantra and wanted to buy it right there, but since it was the first car we looked at, we walked away.  Miles wasn't pushy at all.  This is what made my day.  We left Gartner and went to Honda and Toyota dealership to look around.  The other two dealership's sales person kept trying to make us stay.  Their tactic wasn't out of line but I felt guilty leaving them.  This is what I hate about buying a new car.  Miles just smiled and said "If you like the car you'll be back, the car sales itself."  And he was right.  We walked back to Gartner asked to take one more look at it.  After a few more questions my mind was made up that we were going to buy the new 2011 Elantra Limited.  The time was 8:30pm and they closed at 9pm.  After meeting with Scott to sign all the papers and any extra stuff we wanted we ended up leaving the dealership at 9:45pm.  Scott and Miles didn't show that they were upset at all.  I know if someone made me stay after work I'd be a little bothered.  Overall, I was very happy with Gartner and Miles and Scott.  They were not pushing at all.  In fact I was the one that wanted to leave.  I hate all the paperwork stuff and they made sure that I got everything I needed.  A couple days after buying the car their Customer Service called me.  Mariya was the person I talked to.  I asked her a few questions about the financing and warrants that I had.  She emailed me the information that I was looking for.   

Again Miles and Scott made our night.  Anyone that is looking to buy a car I would recommend Gartner Hyundai Dealership.  The whole experience from the start till the end was easy, not pushing, and kind of fun(if you hate car shopping).
