We just wanted to take a minute to thank everyone at Gartner for a great car buying experience! Our experience began with a very open and honest negotiation via email with Bob Walker and culminated in our purchase of a 2011 Hyundai Sonata LTD. It would not have been possible without the efforts of Jordan Kabranov, Brian (Sales Mgr) and Jason (Finance). It was a great team effort. We are extremely pleased with our new Sonata. In fact, we immediately put it to the test by hitting the road for an extended trip to Florida. Some 2900 miles and 35 mpg later we are most impressed with the performance, comfort and economy of our new Sonata.
