RE:  2009 Genesis Purchase from Gartner Direct

Being my first online auto purchase, I was a little concerned that everything would go well.  However, working with Greg Rinehart over the phone we struck a deal and I flew to Chicago the next morning.  Greg met me at the airport, escorted me to the bank to get the necessary funds and then handled all the paperwork and auto prep while I waited. I was on the road headed back to Florida within 2 hours after landing.  That's service with a capital "S".  It was certainly a pleasant change from dealing with the local dealers. I have and would recommend Gartner Direct as aviable option to my friends here in Florida.
